oh... on the lame-ass re-inactment last night on HLN... We say that the shower door when you're facing it opens towards the left - towards the closet. One of the jurors asked wouldn't the shower door kind of be in the way of the closet door when she ran out of it with the gun? the dteam said no because "we now know" that the shower door opens towards the right - towards the tub. And TA slammed her towards the closet not the tub... I'm sorry but that would be the stupidest shower door to open in the middle of a room rather then to a wall... and their idea totally goes against what JA said. I had to turn it off and go to bed, it was insulting... the facts on the entire show were skewed...

I thought she said 10am... so 1p our time...

15 mins to the highly anticipated return of MR. S on the stand. If the defence is smart once Juan is done with this one they will get him off the stand asap... he has done enough damage to both himself and Jodi... since he has no credibility!!

I told my daughter that's one of her "friends", nice enough but... an interpersonal terrorest... he tries so hard to be her friend and hang out with her but by being so pushy he's freaking her out making her keep him further away... she started laughing...

FB just made me think... if JA was crouched down taking pic of him in the shower and he got mad... why bend down and pick her up to slam her? Just kick or deck her, she's already low... lol

One of the things that keeps nagging at me ... on the TV show 48 hours... (the one where they say if a lead isn't developed within the first 48 hours it reduces the chance of solving a crime by half) when they have a suspect in the interrogation room if the person lies down and goes to sleep.. they always say something to the effect of only the guilty one can go to sleep ... because they are glad to be caught...

IN JA's case I think the bizarre behaviour was because she thought she had blown enough smoke up the collective behinds that she was going to walk.. she wanted makeup... she stretched like she was in sexual ecstasy, relaxed and did handstands, picked in the garbage... and when booked she asked if she could go clean up... was she now going to prom??

It is sad that the jurors won't get to see those clips...

Great point!! it would have been easier to grab her or knock her over from crouched... especially since she was trying to catch the camera (her testimony)

I think from the interviews they played for the jury and her mug shot, etc... they get a feel for the real JA. she thinks she's smarter, she's smug, and just that good... she doesn't have the freedom of expression in court like she did in the interviews, she can't make it a grand production and it bothers her...

Dr.S favorite fall back word is "obviously"... i should have obviously retested, obviously were talking about it now...

it is so transparent that he is biased to the defence and is only attempting to support the defence...

and as a therapist he unable to understand the questions ... how on earth does he understand what is being said by his clients...

Samuels had written his report by the time he discovered JA had anal sex with other than TA; he never wrote an addenum despite having written those in other cases.. . Samuels let it stand in his report JA ONLY had anal sex with TA despite learning differently.

Samuels is trying to get JM to answer questions for him;
won't happen!

Samuels DID write the update BUT he chose NOT to include the updated info on the other info reg JA having anal sex with others;
Did not see it relevant to make changes despite deeming it major relevance in first report;

and that TA had lots of tittay pics on his computer per JA but none were found... these lies all add up but he can't seem to understand what a number is... How many lies is it so far that you didn't care about? balloon.... lol
