(As for her mother doing drugs the day JA was born? She would have gone immediately to foster care. It was the 1980s and NOT today. No such thing as "medical marijuana" back then.)

I started to try and read 'Part 1" but became so nauseous I had to give up! When will this s..t ever end? I must say Debbie Maran's articles entitled 'Jodie Arias Trial Truth' are the best I have found. She explains everything in plain English and makes sense out of what isn't there. I know Juanamite is dynamite and is on to the DT's antics and bull crap, but I have to wonder if Debbie ever sends any of her research to the prosecutor's office, I'm sure it would be appreciated.

The transcripts were a bear to read since it was:
1. Repeat from trial in chief;
2. Pity me, poor me, everyone is mean to me;
3. JA neatly omitted the stalking SHE did on ALL the other bf's; the violent confronting of the other females when the males broke up with her! She made it sound like SHE broke up with them. And, she stated she had LIVED with Matt's family and they helped her to get employment!!! None of that from trial.

4. The remorse: words only. She NEVER stated she was sorry SHE murdered Travis!
She stated she felt bad for Travis' sibs, she wished things had been different, wished she had taken other recourse... BUT she NEVER stated it was WRONG to kill Travis! Oh, she said something like it was "not her" and she had "never been in trouble with the law before" and other garbage....

5. For the first time, we hear JA spout out about how HER parents were drug users! How she believed their drug use lead to her being abused, etc.. She rewrote Travis' story and CLAIMED IT AS HER OWN. She went so far as to state HER mother had smoked drugs the very day she was born... and we know the hospital would have immediately notified CPS!

6. She lied about the car. Her first car her father GAVE to her. I would imagine it was partly as a thank you for helping out at the restaurant. He had given a car to his older daughter and I am sure JA wanted the same...

7. She DID slip up. She admitted she had checked Bobby's email acct at the library as she knew his password.
She DID admit she checked his telephone records and found out he was interested in another female.
Good heavens! He/she were young!!! They should have been openly dating others. Not like the first date you have and you are bound to marry that person for life!!!! Still, she seems to want to be in charge to such a disproportionate amount only SHE gets to be unfaithful. Only SHE gets to be critical of the relationship. Only SHE is right and all the many other males are SO wrong. And everyone of them was a user, a womanizer...


I finished those transcripts late last night.
I was tired and worn out.
I felt like an energy vampire had sucked out all my marrow.
I felt bad for this jury....
Should have just given them the tapes/transcripts from the first trial and not wasted their time.

Not liking the fact the judge has called for trial today.
IMO, she is going to announce some sort of ruling....
This is not going to be good.
I am bracing....

Freckles, I don't understand the reason why the court was dark yesterday, actually, the judge didn't offer an explanation. Was the trial interrupted once again just to release to the media the court transcripts of Jodi's "secret testimony"?

This is totally insane! I have never seen anything like it.
