Oh, I had to up the magnification of the page and there it was! The horsey grin!

Yep, G and C should be sequestered! Apart from each other, at that!

They should definitely separate G & C, so C can't tell G what he is supposed to say. He did very well with Yuri during his first interview, when C wasn't around.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prosecutors in the Casey Anthony murder case Wednesday listed two psychiatrists the defense dropped from its witness list.



Anthony's defense team dropped from their witness list a pair of psychiatrists who recently examined her. Their hope was to use the doctors to provide some sort of rebuttal to the state's theory that Anthony acted with a guilty conscience when she appeared to stall and obstruct the search for her daughter, Caylee, by lying to her family and investigators.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry challenged the defense on how they could present potentially hearsay testimony from the doctors to explain Anthony's behavior during the 31 days before Caylee was reported missing -- without putting Anthony herself on the stand..........

Who's going to get on the stand and cry for justice for Caylee and tell the court how Caylee's murder has destroyed their lives and broken their hearts. Who's going to tell the court they can't imagine how much Caylee suffered at the hands of her mother? Who's going to tell the court what a beautiful loving child she was, her favorite toys, her favorite things to do before she was taken from them?

An excellent question, Piper. All of her living relatives have turned their back on her. I can 't think of anyone who could give an impact statement on behalf of Caylee. It will all be up to the prosecutors. They have been the only voice for Caylee. So sad. kh

Maybe Jesse or Great-grandma Shirley. Either one of them would go a good job for Caylee, or KC's friend who wanted to adopt Caylee but Cindy would not allow it.

George and Cindy Anthony have asked to see their daughter, Casey, before the young woman’s murder trial begins, WKMG-Channel 6 reported tonight.

Jury selection is scheduled to start Monday. Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

“I am told her parents are waiting for her to decide whether or not they will have a video visitation,” WKMG’s Tony Pipitone reported. “Defense attorney Jose Baez was made aware of the parents’ request this week, and so far, George and Cindy Anthony have not heard back from their daughter’s attorney.”

I don't get WHY the media needs to know the municipality? I don't quite get it? I mean here, in Vancouver, you could tell me any time today that I have to get to:

White Rock
Surrey
Langley
Burnaby
New Westminster
Richmond, the list goes on and on. I really don't HAVE to know in advance. It's an hour drive where ever........ Ya know?

I don't see what the big deal is myself either. I don't see it as that important. Once it's done, it's done. The media can't show prospective jurors anyway.

Thing is, HHJP is not preventing the media from knowing where the jury selection will be but he's just preventing giving an advanced heads up. No law says that the courts must tell the medias ahead of time where the change of venue will be-its not their job. That HHJP will let them know an hour before the process begins on Monday morning is more than he even has to do. As Bill Shaeffer said, the appeals court judge will have the same attitude that HHJP has (Casey's right to a fair and impartial trial) and will most likely deny the petition.

I do find it disgusting that the bottom line, the profits, means more to the medias than justice for Caylee. If they manage to delay the trial then I hope they feel the backlash of it where their profits are concerned.

I agree, Sherry. I see no reason for advanced heads up. You're right, it's all about exclusives and profits! This trial had better not be delayed.

Mr Googlehead probably tweeted it all other the interwebz! event held inside the Numero Uno Restaurant still no comment in Orlando, Baez talked in Spanish oh for cryin out loud, this is killin me and English about his personal history would that include all the bar complaints, bankruptcies, deadbeat dad nonpayment of child support and the failed bikini business I wonder? , his passion for criminal defense work he's got a passion for something alright and even his relationship with national television figure Geraldo Rivera name drop much?.

On the eve of the Casey Anthony trial words I never thought I'd hear! The EVE of the Casey Anthony trial!, though, Baez largely avoided specific questions about the case this is news?. He did say that the defense team -- as well as the prosecution – is well-prepared and ready to begin the much awaited trial I agree 100% with 50% of what he just said.

As for Geraldo Rivera, however, Baez said, "As it relates to Geraldo, I consider him a friend." gag me with a spoon.

I agree Sherry. So we know who we should be mad at, it looks like MyFoxOrlando, Clickorlando.com (WKMG), and CFNews13 are part of the petition, while WFTV, WESH, and the Orlando Sentinel are not.
