Sergio did not voluntarily separate from contact with his wife only sons.
He voluntarily separated but can still have contact with her.

No I do not think they are letting it slide and I do think they are all over it, I just meant to say and i guess i wasnt clear is that they are letting the now obvious discrepancies stand publicly but not in regard to the actual behind the scenes investigation.

IMO, the dog issue is a non issue. I don't have dogs, have never had dogs, so I can't speak intelligently about their behavior. But I did read something about letting the dogs out in the AM. Who says they don't stay out all night? I think the barking is just something dogs do, whether they saw a cat, a coyote, people talking, people baby snatching....they just bark. I could be very wrong, not being a dog person and all. I just don't think it's that big of an issue. Maybe more like a red herring.

So. If she holds the license, she would be working in main hospital 7-7 four days a week. (I would conclude she probably did not work the night of the baseball game. That would have made for a very, very long day!)
If she is required to be there 15 minutes early for daily briefing, she would have to be there by 6:45. Leaving about 6:30 would actually give her time to drive, park and walk to her station in time for the morning briefing.

Why would she have said she went to work at 7 AM?

As this case unfolded, there was a snippet of an interview with a spokesman from Tucson Medical Center Hospital.

In the video, he said Becky was at work "very early" the morning Isabel went missing. I posted the Link to the article which had a video on The Hinky Meter. I remember it.

I think it was on either: AZFamily - 3TV, KVOA, or KGUN

Nancy Grace running with "Bombshell" of Isa's handwriting found in closet (which is absolute rumor at this point).

I know I'm back tracking and this may be common knowledge, but I find this interesting. If that fence can be opened quietly, it would have been very easy to drive a vehicle into the back yard and transfer Isabel into it and then back out. No wonder LE was so interested in that red car by the fence. Ellie, I Google Earthed this place today and looked at that fence but didn't see that gate. It's very clear in your photo.

I verified that it had to be her by using a number of official records sites in AZ. I did not post it on the thread, at the time, because I thought Val might delete it since it was not pertinent the first 2 or 3 days.

It is Becky. Thank you for posting the Link here for quick verification by others.

Ann, just an FYI to all the posters. You can usually look up any nurse or doctors license status in their state of practice. For Nurses, you can type in state name Board of Nursing and you can most likely find it. Not all states call it Board of Nursing. For docs, you can usually type in state name Medical Board and something close will come up allowing you to look at license status, disciplnary actions etc.

Off topic but you made me think of something.
Writing is one of the first and longest means we have to express our independence, our uniqueness, our creativity, and to simply communicate. Here we are still writing and sharing years and years after we first learned our ABC's. Kind of a magical beauty.

When someone writes in a "private"place -- whether it be a journal, a diary, on the side of a tree or the corner of the classroom desk-- they are truly expressing those things of the heart. Be the good or the bad or the frustrating or puzzling. Heart felt.

Interesting. Unless writing on all the walls of the house was "normal". Then I guess it would depend on what she wrote or drew in the closet.

I kept having this horrible image from the movie Sybil, when her momster locked her in a box and Sybil scribbled on the top of the box with a crayon she had with her.

My kids wrote on walls too, in fact I ended up buying special paint for their walls due to that fact. I wonder if Isa wrote in the closet so she wouldnt get in trouble for it being on the walls out to see out in the open.

I'm not sure. If the child said only one parent locked them in a closet, I don't think the innocent one would lose custody. But who knows, sometimes justice is backwards.

Yeah that's kind of what I was originally thinking of. That would have been great when I was a kid! I had to use paper....boring.

It is great....can be tinted to any color. Much better than trying to get marker or crayon off the walls.

I had to use the Mr Clean eraser a few times, it worked ok. Had to scrub!

Modern marvels, I want to be a kid again!
