I post under Ann Davids. I'm a Child's Advocate from TX.

I just spoke to Charlene Shunick not long ago. I asked if she and her family were interested in having a billboard sign for I-10 donated by Lamar Advertising. She said yes.

I called Lamar's corporate headquarters in Baton Rouge. They connected me to their Lafayette office. I spoke with Chris about donating a billboard (digital) sign(s) for Mickey Shunick. He said so far they have 16 digital signs for Mickey Shunick in LA and TX. They expect to activitate additional billboards today.

Please thank them on your Facebook page for their very generous donation.

For verification, you can contact Lamar Advertising in Lafayette at (337) 233-7220. Lane Parker is the General Manager. However, as stated, I spoke with Chris.

Thank you for your consideration in posting a thank you to Lamar Advertising for the billboards.

Digital billboards are very expensive and most families of the missing can not afford a digital billboard.

Lamar is always so generous in helping the families of the missing.

Special prayers and thoughts that Mickey will be found safe soon.

They have been very generous in donating billboards for some of the missing in TX.

I think it is awesome that they have donated 16 billboards for Mickey Shunick with more on the way!

KATC - Lafayette, LA

A Texas company specializing in searching and recovering missing persons is on the ground in Lafayette assisting in the search for Mickey Shunick. Texas EquuSearch Mounted Search and Recovery Team has six people in Lafayette, and more searchers are coming from Texas, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Ohio. Founder and Director Tim Miller said they're working hand-in-hand with Lafayette Police Dept. detectives.

• Call the Lafayette, LA Police Department with ANY information or tips: 337-291-8633. (updated number)

• Link to photos of Mickey and her bike. Nothing so far has been found - her purse, bike, phone, etc. Her phone was turned off sometime early Saturday morning. https://www.facebook.com/findmickeynow/photos

• The reward in the Mickey Shunick search has been increased to $25,000. An anonymous donor originally offered a $10,000 reward Sunday. On Monday, the reward was doubled to $20,000. The award amount has been capped.

• The headquarters of the Missing Mickey Shunick campaign are moving to the corner of St.Mary and McKinley St., the Our Lady of Wisdom Center, on UL's campus. There was a need to move from the 100 Ryan Street location to house the growing number of supporters and volunteers.
