The YouTube video is the song "Harder Better Faster Stronger" by Daft Punk - I have them on my iPod and was painting my bathroom to it last week.

Guess that makes me a bit immature, but I do love my techno music! Very Happy

How I interpret the multiple attempts on YouTube is that someone was trying to access Daft Punk band and kept typing the vid name wrong in the YouTube search bar repeatedly. That's all. Actually very little mystery or relevance here.

But in that case doesn't consent/announcement have to be part of the recording? You know, how you call your bank and they immediately inform you that the call may be recoded(?) Their announcement *on* the recorded call is their way of proving you knew about it.

My driver's license says I weigh one thing and maybe 9 years ago I did but not now... lol I'm 5'6" and one of my docs measures me every visit... they say I'm 5'4"... In my state they don't verify your info... You could of been next to someone 5'8" that's a little bit taller then you and they say what are you 5'6"? and never measure yourself and figure that sounds good and go with it for the rest of your life... Only my GYN has ever measured me everyone else takes my word for it...

If you go to google and type Jodi Arias baptism an then click on "Images" tab/view instead of search view, you'll see the photos. In the photo Travis is about 4-5 shorter than both the guys next to them. He looks short. So 5'8 or 5'9 (as reported by ME) sounds about right. In the photo Jodi is about 2-3 inches shorter and she sea to be a little slouched or hunched, so 5'6 seems to be right (from her DL).

Essentially there was not much size difference between the two. A least not in the sense the defense is trying to make

I disagree with the statement BOTH parties in ALL states must agree to taping.
My mother tapes people to listen to their voices later. (I know, we all know, she's a bit loopy!) In her state, only ONE party has to know it is being taped: It is a presumption what is being said on the phone is TRUTHFUL.

In CA, when I lived there, BOTH parties had to acknowledge they were being taped AT THE BEGINNING of the tape. The consent HAD to be on the tape. So if you wanted to tape someone, the replay would be something like this: "Bill, I am going to tape this. Is that okay with you? " "Sure, John. I don't mind being taped." " Okay we are both agreeing to this tape recording."

This has come in handy when you call a company and the message is, "This call is being recorded for training purposes." As soon as you get an operator, you say, "Please take me off the tape. I don't want to be recorded." They have to oblige. It is the law in CA.

Dworkin raised some questions for me:

Was it the lap top or the desk top he was "examining" ?
The penis pics: Which computer? What date/time were they posted? (IMO, I have to wonder if Jodi took the pictures. Ms. Photo-camera shy of the year.)

IF Travis was such a pervert as the defense is trying to tell us, why is there nothing of true porn on his computer? Where are the naked pics of OTHERS? {Please don't tell me Travis is into porn of only himself and only of Jodi! That I just don't accept! Where are the "sneak" pics taken of Jodi coming out of the shower, sleeping, bending over, in suggestive clothing, etc?

IMO, Jodi took the pics of the penis because that is what JODI is in to, NOT Travis!

I agree, I am still stuck on why, if Travis was soooo manipulative and intimidating, she made a million mile trip to go see him with a gun and knife. If she was abused, and he wasn't physically stalking her, she just wouldn't have gone back if she was so afraid. It just doesn't add up. Phone sex doesn't justify murder. Period.

Dworkin told Martinez a few years ago, there was NO porn on Travis' computer.

Jodi's computer is the one damaged.

Dworkin is unaware/has no notes re chain of custody of her computer.

Mesa got the computer and it was badly damaged computer.

Dworkin got a copy of what Mesa PD got;
end case: tool with multiple functions, forensics copies; this is what Dworkin got.
