1:13 p.m. ET: Detective Flores asks Arias whether there was any kind of rope in Alexander's house. Arias says there may have been a rope accent on one of his pillows.

Travis and JA's relationship:
1:10 p.m. ET: On the recording, detective Flores asks Arias if her relationship with Alexander was rocky. Arias says that it has been weird, and they have had a don't ask don't tell policy about their dating lives.

-- IF this had been true, why was JA accusing Travis of cheating when they were not a couple? Why was JA stalking Travis, hacking his account, sending fake messages to his female friends, slashing tires, crawling thru doggy doors, sleeping under his Christmas tree?
Why would ALL his friends point to JA when he was found murdered?

I call bs on this!
JA did not have vaginal sex in a bubble bath with Travis.
Had she done this, she would have been seeing a doctor to treat either a bladder infection or a vaginal infection caused by the change/imbalance of the natural bacteria when the soap was introduced. She never told us about seeing a doctor for an infection; in fact, she told us she could not afford seeing a doctor for a broken finger, remember?


Keep in mind, JA never had protected sex, as if it would have mattered in a bathtub.

(When my kids were little, one developed a bladder infection from using bubble bath. The doctor gave me a brilliant education on bubble baths! BTW, this might be one of the reasons women DO get more yeast infections and bladder infections is because, unlike men, they take more bubble baths.)

As for Travis fantasizing of having relations with a 12yr old girl? Ha-ha. Travis only mocked JA and said her squealing sounded like some 12 yr old. IMO, the sexual deviant IS JA. She is the one who has abnormal sexual appetites... I suspect Travis was going to expose HER deviancy and desires for children, NOT Travis.

Earlier in the series FOX did post verdict, JA accused prosecutor Juan Martinez of "hiding evidence" and failing to bring it to the court. Well, she DOES have an atty whose job it is to represent HER; it was the duty of her TWO attys to represent her, not the duty of the prosecutor.

Back she goes to throw punches at Travis. Just like she promised she would if her plea bargain was rejected. As it was. So now she is talking about images on HER hard drive... images HER atty failed to introduce as evidence. Well, is this the computer hard-drive reported to have been intentionally destroyed by HER? She is talking of images of Travis sposedly chasing around some naked 4 yr old boy... This is a VERY evil and dangerous female, folks! I think of how many times I chased around my own naked children to plunk them into a warm bath--- wear them out with the run thru the house, plunk them into a warm tub, pop them into jammies and pray they sleep the night! Obviously, JA doesn't have a CLUE as to the relationships adult, healthy adults, have with children!

I was asked to re-post : I haven’t been following the trial, but I came across this thread and it brought back memories. When I first started speaking with Bobby Juarez his parents (who were in their 70’s at the time) were still living at home, they later moved to a nursing facility and left him in the house with no electricity. Shortly before I went to visit him in 1997 he had reconnected with Jodi and they were going out here and there, but he said it was only as friends. He later told me she took his virginity shortly before I came to visit him in Yreka. Before I left New Orleans to go to CA Jodi broke into his house and cut the phone lines. When I arrived the house was in a state of disrepair if not outright squalor, the only means of electricity was the extension cord from his neighbor’s house fed through the bedroom window. There was no furniture, but there was a layer of garbage/stuff a foot high in the living areas, I barely had water to bathe with. It was a bit of a shock. The first few days I was there Jodi didn’t come around, but she soon dropped in and I was formally introduced. She was nice to my face, but in the back of my mind I was meeting the same person who cut the telephone wires, so it was awkward. There were times when she came over and she and Bobby left the house and left me there, again…awkward. I later found out that she was driving him to a park and having sex with him. There was an incident where she was peeping though his bedroom window watching us, and she played it off when Bobby caught her. At one point we all went to Medford OR together, but I don’t remember too much of that trip. One day Bobby came in with Jodi and explained that the bank was foreclosing on the house and I needed to leave, this became urgency and I packed my things and Jodi drove Bobby and I to a hotel (her Father paid for the room). I left CA the following day and went back to New Orleans. As I mentioned earlier I haven’t really followed the trial, but I guess at some point the emails that Bobby and I exchanged via his Hotmail account was discussed, in addition to our letters being found by Jodi. It seems like Jodi has accused Bobby of abusing her, I don’t see that happening, but who knows.
