Also, July 15, the day JA was arrested, Josh Freeman, Daniel and Desiree's older brother, attempted suicide at home. Mother found him. He was raced to hospital and kept on life support until the 21 or 22 of July when he died.

A lot of huge tragedy June-July 2008 in this community of friends...

since JA lives in opposite land maybe she use to beat with a wooden spoon and claw her family with fake nails...

I love this witness! She has just refused to answer JW's demanding questions without first defining her own words!

Watching JW, I hope it requires solid evidences to win a case and not only playing on words...

Oh my goodness. My hubby went away from the computer and I can write something that I have been thinking. It is hard to always use the I-phone for longer messages. (for me that is)

IMHOH I believe that Dr. S and KN sat down with Jodi and had a come to Jesus meeting with her about her ninja story. I think that they said something to the affect that it would not work. She would be convicted if she stayed that course. Then she said something about what defense can I choose. They gave her the options available and kind of directed her towards this screwed up defense. Dr. S. said I will protect you. I will say you have PTSD and I know Alyce will say you were battered. (she always sides with the woman) KN then pipes up and says something about that is your best chance because he was the expert in sex stuff, so she should really stress that too. Now they have hatched a plan. Jodi spends her time coming up with everything that she can say to support self defense. She hones her story over the months before the trial and gets it down pat. Every one on the defense team and the experts are all in line. The experts even send her books and magazines to help her come up with the right things. Also, probably tells her what books to bone up on in the library.

They were ready for court. All the ducks in a row. The things the didn't count on were people like Dr. D. They didn't really count on Juan. Their egos would not let them.

Jodi sits today I believe stunned that it is not working. How could such a wonderful plan go wrong?

Dr D: Said Travis rarely was mean to JA; rarely called names; when he did, he was establishing boundaries;
said a better word would be infrequently; not a pattern of abuse; when people speak like this it is an unhealthy communication pattern in those moments...JW is getting off on the word "pattern"...

Dr D. said there was a pattern within the responses within the same communique. Assaulting her character...
but the pattern was limited to a specific incident within a certain time frame...

I know of the Mimi's in San B'dno. Don't know the name of the restaurant in AZ where she worked. I do recall her sending him a text re borrowing his car and then telling him he would get a free meal at the restaurant in exchange.... just to sit at the counter. (I wondered IF her boss was aware of her stealing in this way!)

I just checked and there are PF Changs China Bistro and Ruby Tuesday locations at the Superstition Mall which is only a few miles from Travis and Jodi's neighborhood. The closest Mimi's Cafe location is at the Fiesta Mall area which is about 8 miles from her home.

I also remember her mentioning a restaraunt or someplace that she hugged Abe in the stupid "I feel guilty when I behave like this even though TA is not my boyfriend on around Feb 17 or Feb 18. Hmmm.....was TA ever her "official boyfriend" or is that just what she wants us to believe so she doesn't look like such a freaky stalker chick?

considering how the d team continues to reference TA's angry tirade on May 26th I highly doubt there is any physical evidence to give us the answer as to why he does so. Nope I think the only person who knows what he was really pissed bout that day is the defendent and she sure aint gonna tell it.

But, we will never, ever know conclusively what set Travis off on May 26, 2008. Jodi will never, ever tell us. And, if she did....how many of us would believe her. Thus, we will never know, even if she tells us.

I am SO hoping Martinez will have a computer expert or bank records or something on rebuttal that WILL tell us what upset Travis to the point of him really blowing up at JA. That is what I want to know. It is NOT in character for Travis to have come unglued like this--- not after having the sweet night talks with her.
