A new jury has been picked to decide her sentence.

The trial resumes after a couple weeks, and we get ONE DAY of trial this whole week...holy crap. This is so out of control and ridiculous beyond belief....

Nurmi is relying upon JSS' lack of computer knowledge in order to try to get misinformation before the jury. Juan, who has a much higher understanding of computers (and of the events) keeps protesting against the line of questioning by Nurmi but JSS, lacking knowledge, isn't listening to the State. She is letting some of the garbage slide to the jury. I am sure there are jurors with MUCH greater knowledge of computers than JSS...

With Nurmi's back ground in defending sexual crimes, I am sure he has come across computer issues before. He is delighting right now. Problem he will have is the rebuttal witnesses Juan may still call. They ain't going to be any low budget part-time techies from some big box store. Juan WILL make short shift of these flimsy witnesses (who have NOTHING to do with the penalty phase) and we will hear some excellent and non-refutable testimony in the upcoming trial.
