I have been told that #JodiArias spends a lot of time "working on her paperwork" while alone in her courthouse holding cell

Just read a post by AZL on WS and I will not copy and paste, but will try to paraphrase because it was helpful to me and may be helpful to all of you.

Re accusation that JSS was "letting in lies", AZ says the Judge is precluded from barring evidence just because she may THINK it is lies; the jury is the trier of fact, she is the applier of law.  Also, this phase allows hearsay evidence no matter how much we don't like that.

Re supposition that DP jurors may have lied in voir dire about their ability to apply DP, she says if voting life, they may just have felt mitigators did not outweigh aggravators (age, no history, etc).

My personal opinion is that no matter what we say WE would do in this situation, until we are actually in it, I'm not sure that would be as easy as we may think.

Kicked out of the courtroom again. Told "we'll call you in if anything is happening."

....it's all speculation at this point. Could have had nothing to do with deliberations...jury may have been deliberating that whole time. If the Alexander Family had a civil attorney in there, then???? Not sure but still super secret!

I wonder if the jurors were asking questions #5 & #6 the ones the judge wouldn't read out loud?

AZL says the only person besides the jury who knows what the verdict is (when it is in) is the Bailiff. And then the reading will be in open court. Well, then again??? This is the Arias trial.

#JodiArias judge's "dynamite charge" to break jury impasse doesn't seem to have produced the intended result as of yet.

.....I read earlier today that Juan's other case with Wendy A. got the DP 2 days after the dynamite charge in her case. FYI
