Hours Of Interviews Released In Casey Case

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Newly released recordings that Casey Anthony's defense team did not want the public to hear were released Friday. Judge Stan Strickland approved the release of the more than three hours of new audio in the case against Casey Anthony.

The tapes recorded last year in California and include long interviews with Leonard Padilla, associate Tracy McLaughlin and Padilla's security head Robert Dick. The recordings cover a wide range of topics, from searching for Caylee and whether Casey should go on the Howard Stern radio show.

Tracy McLaughlin, who was part of California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla's team, said Casey was very concerned about what she would wear in front of cameras. What she never seemed concerned about was Caylee, only whether she was to blame for Caylee's disappearance.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The state attorney's office released several videos in the case against Casey Anthony Friday morning, including interviews with bounty hunter Leonard Padilla.

Padilla and his associates spent several days with Anthony after bonding her out of jail last year.

FBI agents and investigators from the Orange County Sheriff's office interviewed Padilla on Dec. 19, the day after Anthony's 2-year-old daughter, Caylee's, remains were identified.

"My thinking was she would talk to us and eventually we would bond and she would give up the information that we needed, because my thinking was the baby was alive," Padilla said about bonding Anthony out of jail.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The state attorney's office released new evidence in the case against Casey Anthony on Friday.

The evidence released included video and audio interviews between authorities and Leonard Padilla's team, who had contact with Anthony.

One of the interviews conducted was between investigators and Tracy McLaughlin, who was allowed to stay in Casey Anthony's home following her release on bond.

One of the first questions McLaughlin was asked was about Anthony's homecoming following her initial release from jail.

She had Tracy put a watch on her ankle so they would both have matching ankle bracelets. She is SO disturbed!

Wow, KC told Tracy, the Ortiz person (guy in car wreck on the way to Caylee's bday party, is NOT Caylee's father!
Surprise, surprise! She said Caylee is not Hispanic, but Italian. Or I should say "was not" Hispanic, but Italian. However, Tracy said KC did not say who it was. Tracy doesn't think KC even knows who the father is. That is what I have always thought, too.

After having listened to all these interviews, I am more convinced than ever of two things:

1. The jury WILL convict KC... they just flat will NOT like her!!!

2. CA, GA & LA absolutely knew from day one that KC did something to Caylee..... they are not in denial. They just don't want to admit to the world that their daughter killed her only child! They all have their own reasons for wanting to save KC.....

CA - She believes what KC did to Caylee reflects on her as a mother... and in this case, she is right.

GA - He knows he lost his granddaughter... he wants to save his daughter, if he can...... which he can't.

LA - He is KC's big brother, and wants to prove he's a macho man that can fix this for her.... which he can't.

That was sure some good stuff today!!!!

Yeah, big surprise on KC's self-obsession! Tracy said she made comments on Caylee's pictures in KC's room, and KC would not acknowledge.....immediately pulls out her own childhood photo albums....look at me, look at me.

And, KC stating she should go on Howard Stern, but Howard would only want to know her bra size And, she was serious! This is one demented, sick, murdering POS. No mention of "missing" Caylee at anytime, no tears, just a stage for KC. A true look at her cold heart, out of her own mouth. No wonder the defense did not want all of this info released.

Piper, isn't that the truth!!!! Kc is a very self-absorbed, selfish b!tch...... poor little angel never had a chance born to her.

Sad thing is... KC is just like her mother. What CA really cares about is how this reflects on her as a mother...

The Anthony's knew from "day one" that KC was responsible for Caylee's death. It is a sad and pathetic day when grandparent's refuse to stand up for their murdered granddaughter. But will do anything possible to support the murderer for the sake of saving their own face? That is just twisted, isn't it? Justice will be served for Caylee.

Piper, you know, that has to be the saddest thing of all..... the grandparents who swear up and down they adored Caylee will do absolutely nothing to make sure justice is served on behalf of their murdered granddaughter..... but they will perjure themselves and obstruct justice, along with goodness knows what else, to prevent her murderer from receiving the punishment she so rightly deserves.

Poor little girl has no one who was supposed to love her and protect her to stand up for her.

I think they have known KC did it from day one. I don't think I've ever heard one of the Anthony's pleading for the real killer to be caught and brought to justice. That speaks volumes.

You're right, j4a. And with all of their camera time and TV appearances, you think they would have been making desperate pleas to the "kidnapper". Which they never did, that I can recall.

Piper and J4A.... you both are right about that..... not ONCE has ANY Anthony pleaded for the safe return of Caylee or, since she was found, pleaded for information regarding her death.......
