A Kentucky girl who was sexually assaulted could face contempt of court charges after she tweeted the names of her juvenile attackers.

Savannah Dietrich, the 17-year-old victim, was frustrated by a plea deal reached late last month by the two boys who assaulted her, and took to Twitter to expose them--violating a court order to keep their names confidential.

"There you go, lock me up," Dietrich tweeted after naming the perpetrators. "I'm not protecting anyone that made my life a living Hell." Her Twitter account has since been closed.

According to police, Seth Techel says he was in the shower when he heard the gunshot that killed his wife.

The arrest affidavit states that at 5:23 a.m. on May 26, Techel called 911 to report his pregnant wife had been shot in their bed and was not breathing. When paramedics arrived, they declared 23-year-old Lisa Techel dead. Lisa, a reserve deputy for the Wapello County Sheriff’s Office, was approximately 17 weeks pregnant with a girl she reportedly planned to name Zoey.

According to the document filed in Wapello County District Court, 21-year-old Seth Techel told responding officers he heard a loud noise while he was in the shower and he came out of the bathroom to see his wife suffering from a gunshot wound. Investigators say they found no evidence of an intruder or anyone besides Seth and Lisa Techel being in the house at the time of the shooting. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing had been taken from the home, the affidavit alleges.

Husband 'who shot pregnant sheriff's deputy, 23, and their unborn child to death' is arrested at her visitation

A man has been arrested on suspicion of shooting dead his pregnant wife and their unborn child - while at her visitation.
Officers swooped on Seth Techel, 21, on Wednesday evening as he attended a memorial service for his late wife, who worked as a reserve sheriff's deputy, in Ottumwa, Iowa.

Lisa Techel, 23, was found dead in the couple's remote home on Saturday morning after a 911 call reporting a shooting at or near the property.

She was five months pregnant with their first child, a daughter they had planned to name Zoey Maria. They had been married just seven months.

Investigators have released few details on the killing but will provide more information at a press conference at 1 p.m. on Thursday.

A Jersey City family is pleading for the safe return of their 14-year-old daughter who went missing in Branch Brook Park in Newark late Thursday night.

Brittany Michelle Navarro was last seen at the bridge in the park with three fellow housemates of a YCS residential group home in Newark. She was reportedly wearing a pink dress and navy blue leggings and sneakers. According to Victor Navarro, Brittany's father, she was last spotted at 11:45 p.m. climbing down a fire escape in the center of the park, breaking away from the other girls.

She has not been seen or heard from since.

Bixby - Bixby Police are hoping an upcoming search warrant will lead to new evidence in the disappearance of a Bixby mother. 48-year-old Kelley Harris was last seen July 3rd.

Police said she was running errands that day to get ready for a party she planned to throw July 4th. Wal-Mart surveillance video places her grocery shopping in the afternoon. Police said her daughter ran into her in the driveway, before Harris left to pick up something from her friend Michael's house. She had told Michael she had to run an errand. When she did not return home, her family reported her missing the next day.

"My mom was kind of the glue of this whole family," said Harris's 24-year-old son, Bradney Chitwood. "She was always the light in the house. Without her here, the place is empty."

A budding New York actress who has appeared on "Dexter" and is said to have a history of manic-depressive disorder has been missing for four days after accosting her family and accusing them of being terrorists.

Mabel Pantaleon, 31, vanished on Sunday after she was last seen at her Manhattan apartment on W. 157th Street. The woman's mother told ABC News that her daughter was on medication but she believes the young actress stopped taking it.

Charges of soliciting murder have been dropped against prominent Houston lawyer Jeffrey Stern, who was about to go on trial for allegedly plotting with his mistress to kill his wife.

Stern's former mistress, Michelle Gaiser has already pleaded guilty to allegedly hatching a plot with Stern to kill his wife Yvonne and is awaiting sentencing. In exchange for her guilty plea and cooperation with the government, prosecutors agreed to reduce her possible life sentence to a maximum of 25 years in prison. That status of that deal is now in question.

Stern, 55, was expected to go on trial this week for the alleged attempts on his wife's life.

Things looked bleak for Bellaire lawyer Jeffrey Stern when he was arrested with a gun in May 2010 as police detained his mistress for allegedly trying to kill his wife.

Investigators said Michelle Gaiser hired three triggermen to kill Yvonne Stern earlier that year. Stern's wife soon filed for divorce. Jeffrey Stern was charged with masterminding the plots. His mistress agreed to testify against him.

Then the couple reconciled, and Houston was captivated as Yvonne Stern said she believed her husband's story and asked publicly that charges be dropped.

A former mailman in Manchester, N.H., is facing a criminal trial after being accused of sexaully assaulting children in his postal truck.

Frank Saucier, 43, of Tyngsboro, Mass., has been indicted for six counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, a felony charge of indecent exposure, and well as two misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and a count of misdemeanor sexual assault, according to WMUR-TV.

My grandfather was a city policeman in Waco Texas and my grandmother was a deputy sheriff on the Mclennan county sheriffs department in Waco Texas. I was so proud of both of them and what was so funny my grandmaother work in juvinilee, I can not spell it but anyway, she did not become a deputy sheriff until she was 57 which was the year I married. She was 34 when I was born and my dad was 15 so I grew up with young grandparents. She went missing right after I married and when I finally got a hold of her, she told me she had been going to school to become an police officer. I grew up with my grandfather always being one but for her to accomplish this at her age is the reason why I know I can do anything and tell my kids that also. They died about 6 months apart from old age, thank god and not from anything work related but my cousin had the ideal to put their badge numbers on their headstone, which we did. Not too many people can say that both of their grandparents were police officers but I can and real proud of it. But of course the woman raised 5 boys and alot of us grandkids and she was about 5 feet 2inches and weighted about 100 pounds and nobody messed with her. They both had a police officer funeral and a bunch of good looking officers carried grandma and I know she was looking down smiling at that.

Police said the Mitchell Murch found his wife laying in the kitchen, his son in a side room and his daughter on the second floor.

Both children were transported to area hospitals and were pronounced dead shortly after.

Police said they have questioned Mitchell, though he has not been called a suspect.
