--Deanna Reid: JA says she an ex-gf of Travis; according to TA, she was someone TA was in love with, very serious; JA said Deanna was emotionally unstable and would "freak out" if she saw TA with anyone;
(what a liar) TA told JA to steer clear of Deanna... and his other friends;

JA dating 2006 ? No; she turned down dates but she told him she was asked out;

Sexual interaction: Said TA was paranoid, hyper-vigilant others would see; she keeps smirking as she tells how TA was uncomfortable with her touching him while others were around; she touched his hand and he pulled it away; she was not there to have sex with him, just excited to see him; no physical/romantic gestures--- ooops! There was one when he loaded her car; Chris Hughess was in his car near by; TA told JA to kiss him quick while no one was looking;

Dec 2006:
She had 1/2 dozen sexual contacts by now; how did it make JA feel when TA did NOT want anyone to know?
It did not make her mad; she kept putting it out of her mind; it bothered her a little bit but they talked of status of relationship the next day--- JA says UMMM she was encouraged by TA to date other people.

She said TA told her to date and she did, TA knew of the dates; still living in Palm Desert until May 2004; dates were in Pasadena with two different dates; she had a doctor's appointment there (WAS THIS FOR THE BOOB JOB?) She was asked out Nov 2006 but did not go out with the date because of TA; this is Abe Abdehadi; one date; John Dixon was another lunch date but it was platonic, she got no vibes from hm; one date; OOPS! she went to his place another time to watch some movie clips;

TA called her but she did not answer; TA was was not angry when she told him she was on a date; JA could tell, however, TA was upset !!!;

Abe Abdehadi:
TA learned of this because Jodi went out with the two men on the same day; TA was angry with the date she had with Abe;
JA thinks it was "cumulative" anger;
she was "sorta" reprimanded because the two dates were non=church members;

Why would you allow TA to have input on who you date?
I understand what TA said about dating in the church;

Jan 2007:
Became a couple in Feb 2007.
A lot of things happened in that 3 week period;
TA was upset and hung up on her;
JA wrote him an email and said she felt guilty dispute TA telling her to date others;

JA went to his home;they hung out; reading books and on computers, etc. Sitting in his bedroom in separate chairs;she went there on the 1st or the 2nd of Feb; no discussion of her visiting him; that month he and Dan Freeman had shown up on her doorstep so she figured she would pay him in kind; (in Palm Desert, when he showed up, they made out and were "having fun"--- no oral sex, etc.)

She got to Travis' @ 2:30 AM.
JA kind of had doubts about showing up at 3 AM.
She was smiling big time now.
She rang the door and Travis answered with his dog;
TA looked surprised and grinned;
TA pulled her into the house and just stood there kind of dumbfounded;
roommate came down and Travis introduced Tom Brown to Jodi.

The three went upstairs to bean bags;
JA told TA it was okay if she slept on the couch but TA told her it was okay to sleep in his room with him;
Sex that date and then the next night;
She doesn't recall specifics but nothing different; wait, anal sex!

They hung out at the house, she doesn't recall going out for dinner, a movie;
might have gotten a bite to eat but doesn't think so;
NO sex that night or next day;
Doesn't recall if Tom or Arron were there;
TA and JA did not touch when roommates were there;
Behind closed doors, TA would touch her.

TA and JA decide to become a couple; TA did not want her dating anyone else; light hearted conversation; he "kind of " clarified he did not want her dating others; JA later found out TA was dating someone named Chelsea near Thanksgiving ???????

They were on actually talking on the phone when he called her that but his roomies were there with him.

TA said he was joking.

He was treating her better so she thot things were getting better;
TA treated her like a gf in front of most everyone but Dan, Desire freeman and Arron;

She said she stumbled on TA's myspace account, inbox; so JA clicked on an email. in early Dec, JA had logged on and saw TA was online to wish him good morning or whatever and there were a ton of comments on his page from two women--- all graphic and suggestive with heart and lips and stuff--- she got a phone call from TA who could see she was on line, JA is way off track

Back on track: JA noticed it was the same gf in Feb as it was in Dec.
JA thot it was ummm hostile in nature, not sexual;
JA is reading the email and says it was sexual in natural, flirty, innuendos, they talked of meeting; JA says it didn't bother her too much, she never asked TA about it; email was months before they became "official"

Another email disturbed her;
more sexual in nature and with a married women;
doesn't know if there was sex but they were definitely making plans;
JA spoke first with Sky Hughes;
the email was BEFORE Christmas!!!
Made her wonder about his values!!!!

WHAT OF HER VALUES????
TA had innocent emails and Jodi has a brigade up her rear!

This is so repulsive the judge ought to stop this trial and order the attys to her chambers; she needs to get this witness on track.

I still say Juan is going to skip through all this cr*p and focus on a play by play of June 3, 4, 5 and will be relentless.

But we will all be old and gray before it is his turn. GRRR.

Not to mention slanderous against Travis. Nothing I've heard so far is remotely "abusive" behavior and frankly is a slap in the face to real victims of domestic violence. IMO.

I wonder if the jury is bored. This protracted narrative is just awful.

...and another thing. They had been "officially" BROKEN up for a whole entire year (June 2007 to June 2008) prior to her stalk-fest murder spree.

They lived in different states. She stalked him, not the other way around. Please tell me the jury sees this.

The worst, IMO, is how the defense has led Jodi down a path to trash the Mormon faith.
That is a terrible thing for her to do.
Especially since she was a NEW CONVERT and never even tried to understand the faith or its values, its church laws. (IMO, this shows what a fake flake she really is. Who converts to destroy? Doex she think the church is there to serve only HER ??? )

She'll still be on the stand Monday - perhaps all day. The defense won't be resting on Feb 13.

Errors in report. Jodi is NOT an AZ resident.

This answers the question:

When was the grandmother's home broken "into" and the gun stolen?
" Authorities say Alexander was shot in the head with a .25 caliber gun,
the same caliber Arias' grandparents reported stolen from their Northern

So.
That means the premeditated murder.
Stalking or laying in wait.
There is NO self=defense issue when she traveled hundreds or miles to carry out a murder she had planned in advance.
Period.
Further, Travis knew fear as he put his hands up to resist Jodi.
Deep cuts on the hands.
He was alive and knew fear when she repeatedly stabbed in his back,
stabbed him in his heart, and then shot himm not earlier as speculated for the heart was already still and no longer pumping blood when the head shot took place.

He knew fear as he tried to escape and made it to his door only to have her cut his throat and drag him back to the shower.
And he bled to death.

I can only imagine Travis trying desperately to get to the door hoping the roommate was home, just down the hall. Maybe, hearing the sound of music, his dog barking, and trying frantically to escape the hands of his fatal stalker.

Peace to Travis family, his true friends who loved him and understood him; comfort and harmony be theirs as well. And may the Mormon church take a moment and realize this attack upon their name and their members and sue Jodi Arias for slander.

Accused murderer Jodi Arias testified today that her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, had a "Bill Clinton view of sex" because Alexander was eager for oral and anal sex to get around Mormon church rules against premarital sex.

Arias' remark came on her second day on the stand while describing, often in detail, what she said were the sexual demands by Alexander in the early days of their tumultuous affair that ended when she stabbed and shot Alexander to death.

Jury has been dismissed when this occurs:

Sheriff addresses the court re Jodie Arias being in unsecured areas of the courthouse.
Sheriff indicates this is unacceptable for the security of the accused.
He is stating the small conference to the right of the defendant can be used and chairs brought in if needed or the courtroom may be cleared for the meetings the judge has w/ the attys. Arias has been in areas of the courthouse where others are present and the case is being discussed by them. (I am gathering this may be in the hallway? and she is "blending in" to listen to comments by Travis' family.)

Nurmi addresses the issue and states his client has full right by Amendment 6 to be present where decisions re her case are being made; Nurmi feels if they are meeting in judge's chambers then Arias has the right to be there.

Judge states something will be worked out and sends the balance of the court out for lunch.

I have been following this case...quite a bit actually. I have some very different views on many issues (opposite of the majority of you) but that doesn't matter right now.

What I AM afraid of is her getting off free, just like Casey did. We, as a whole, are seeing so much MORE than what the jury sees. It's sickening how the justice system REALLY works. Just my humble opinion.

She did not claim abuse.
She did not claim self-defense.
She did not claim any sexual coercion.
She defended the pictures as being "private moments between two adults."
Of course, that was BEFORE she lawyered up with Nurmi.

And then she shames herself as she tries to blame Travis for being so at fault she just had to:
Slash his tires, twice;
Slash the tires of a friend of his;
Send terrorizing email to a friend of his;
Hack into his computer to read his email--she had met him less than 30 days prior;
Stage a break in of her grandparents home in May;
Steal her grandparent's gun, ammo, and other personal items;
Fake friendship with Darryl, a man who had loved her, so she could "borrow" gas cans;
Travel hundreds of miles to Travis' home;
Violently murder Travis with her grandparent's gun and a knife;
Deny Travis' dog entry to his master;
Hack into Travis' computer;
Steal DVDs/CDs from Travis' home;
Give trauma and grief to Travis' friends and roommates when they found him;
Lie to Travis' friends about his death;
Try to use Ryan as an alibi for her whereabouts;
Destroyed blood evidence in the rental car as well as the floor mats;
Tried to crash Travis' memorial as a grieving girl friend;
Lie to the detectives investigating about her being present in the home;
Lie to the detectives and tell them there were intruders in the home and she saw them;


Fake being so tiny and petite to the jury in court by making her chair smaller;
Trash the name of Bobby and try to ruin his reputation with personal details;
Trash the name of Victor and try to ruin his reputation with personal details;
Trash the name of Darryl and try to ruin his reputation with personal details;
Trash the name of her parents and try to ruin their reputation with false accusations of "abuse";
Trash the name of the Hughes;
Trash the names of any past girl friends Travis cared for;
Trash the name of Travis and try to ruin his reputation with personal details.
And she even attempted to trash the name of the Mormon church.

After she lawyered up.

I have yet to see any signs of regret or remorse for her actions.
I see her fake tears and nose sniffles for herself.
I see her wanting others to constantly defer to her.
I see her wanting so much attention and punishing those who ignore her wants.
IMO, it is time for her birth certificate to be replaced with a different certificate.

Actually Freckles, he didn't even call her a skank!!! That is a technical lie.

I looked at transcripts. Travis said, "He [roommate ] called you a skank." then Travis said he was just joking. Omg, so what??? Ok so Travis has an immature prebuscent disrespectful sense of humor. But he did NOT refer to Jodi as a skank. I hope Juan picks up on this manipulation of the truth.

I'll be 40 this year and I still do stuff like that on the phone... If it's our neighbor calling for my bf I'll make up something and act like the neighbor said it... Pattern shows that JA was aggressive in relationships before and after Travis and his exes say he wasn't. I think she was different then what he was use to so he kept their relationship very guarded because he wasn't sure... She apparently had him doing things none of his exes says they did with him and he felt the need to confess to his bishop about it... I think it physically felt good to him but he knew it was bad and he went along with her agenda...
