Juan really only has to show that the gunshot came later, after the stabbing, and I believe that the jury will see that that is what the forensics says.
If I were him, I would be saying "Well here let me refresh your memory". I would shove those photos in front of her one by one with the time stamps and accuse her of doing this, and this, and this, and then "You shot him last after he was dead and you are lying because that is what the evidence shows." "You stabbed and stabbed and he was trying to fend off the knife, and he was probably yelling and you kept attacking him. You slit his throat from ear to ear. He must have been in terrible pain. He knew he was dying. He died. You coldly dragged his body down the hall and into the bathroom. You looked down at him and you shot him and shoved him into the shower..."

He needs to accuse her and do it with the photos and the time stamps. He needs to brutally paint the picture for the jury during this cross and then lay it all out with witnesses in rebuttal and in the summation.

Well, she MIGHT have cracked her skull. Bruised it? Dunno. She didn't have health insurance to see a doctor. Oh. Travis put a splint on her finger, too, after she shot him. But that was back in Jan 2008 when she hurt her finger. Keep in mind, Travis has great powers: He deleted the photos she took after he died. And, I am guessing, he must have stabbed himself 29 times just to punish himself for being so mean to her.
(Heck, those back wounds must have been a bitch to inflict!)

There is no memory loss..she not only remembers but relishes every single moment she HAD Travis,including those of their last day together.I believe the tape was ALL her doing as she prompted him to recall almost every kinky encounter and fantasy they had shared..I believe she did this not for evidence to use against him if she got caught but as a keepsake..She didn't kill him cuz she was jealous of Mimi or anyone else..she killed him so that he would forever be all hers. That is how the mind of a sociopathic killer works.
