She did not have time to lose consciousness.
Further, it would have taken time for her to get her breath IF the wind had been knocked out of her;
she still had her marathon run plus the climb up the shelves that will hold her weight AND she mustn't muss anything up!

yeah... I went over to the FB page to see if I heard it correctly and from what they I did... now there is a holster... how about a safety and bullets..

Evidently this is another piece of evidence that wasn't found at the scene. No porn, no ammo, no holster, no rope, no knife,.......so very believable.

The main problem for her now is that everybody knows that she is able to invent any story. So it's not possible to get any interest about what she says.

She washed herself and Travis off in the shower.

Yep, I think that's pretty close except for the gunshot. The gunshot was fired at a downward angle, so was not likely while he was standing at the sink. IMO, she shot him last after stuffing him in the shower (would make sense as left side of his forehead was toward the shower door opening after she stuffed him back in the shower. The walls in the hall appear smeared in blood as if TA had used them as support to make it down the hall. This may also have lowered his forehead for the gunshot to fit forensics. In her Ninja story she claimed TA crawled down the hall screaming that he couldn't feel his legs. Maybe that really happened except that Jodi was the Ninja and that is when she fired the downward shot into his forehead.

We will never know for sure because even if she sat on the stand and stated the real version of the gun shot we would most likely assume another lie.

It could also be true that he was shot first while sitting in the shower. Others have ruled this out because his right forehead is toward the shower opening in theses pic's. However, imaging yourself in that position and having someone point a gun at you with a clear intent to fire it. You would not just sit there. It would be instinctive to try to turn your face away from gun; thus exposing the left forehead. Maybe stabbed through the heart at or just before the sink as he emerged from the shower dazed and in pain with the gunshot wound to the head. This would produce a downward gunshot and an slightly upward stab through the heart. The more I think about it I am inclined to believe she did shoot first as I don't think she would have had the nerve to get close enough to TA with just a knife. That would explain the shot being fired from at least 3 feet away. She also claimed that the gun jammed after the first shot the "Ninja's" fired and that's why they were stabbing Travis. Maybe the same darn thing happened to "Ninja Jodi". I think she built her ninja lies on pieces of the truth as she believed the forensics would reflect.

I was deliberately avoiding this trial but it's just so absurd that I cannot stay away. Today's "testimony" takes the cake for sure. Why does the jury get to ask questions now, I thought they had to wait until the end of trial? Thanks in advance.
