I admit I didn't understand most of Dworkin's testimony, but I am scared he didn't help the state's case. Wondering why Juan called him...

Hmm...I wonder if the phone number(labeled as Travis Alexander) associated with that text message is not actually a phone number for TA? There is most certainly a reason that JM asked the question about "who" determines the name/label that is assigned to a communication by the actual cell-phone. The DT did not seek to clarify for the jury that the phone number in question did belong to TA as I would think they would have been anxious to do...so, maybe it was someone else's phone number and had been falsely labeled "Travis Alexander" by JA. Hmm...

Juan was throwing doubt onto the testimony of Dworkin (and others) regarding WHO had access to Travis computer directly or indirectly; with said access, WHO could have placed this porn onto the computer (see his reference to downloads late in June after Travis was already dead.) With this doubt, do we/anyone know at this time IF Travis actually viewed porn on the computer? Four nasty images? None of the so-called "child porn"? All images viewed June 1, 2008 in a 45 minute time slot and never viewed before or later on? And hundreds of links were downloaded at that date and time BUT never were opened! 

Doubt on the credibility of testimony re the porn found on Travis' computer.

IMO, these were planted on Travis' computer. Either remotely or by someone with computer knowledge who went back into the  computer and altered the data stamp info. JA has considerable knowledge of how to do this; Matt M. also could have assisted JA with this. (He was willing to assist in falsifying fake pedo letters for JA....)

Travis' solution for computer problems was NOT to visit a registry or directory and root out the problem; he simply added more applications to block viruses and downloads. JA, on the other hand, had considerable knowledge of breaking passwords, resetting passwords, remotely accessing accts to send fraudulent emails, etc. (This is the idiot who crawls thru doggy doors to announce, "I'm here! You thot I could'n't get in and I did!" The same idiot who enters a FORMER bf's bedroom to be found by him sleeping in HIS bed! Or hides under a Christmas tree to hear what others may say about her when they think she is gone....)

IIRC, it  was JA who introduced the idea of making a porn video.
She had stated she was brilliant with the camera and could do the shots.
She was the one bringing the KY to the bed.... and introduced ALL the other males in her life to anal sex.

Would it not make sense IF JA was the mind behind the porn vid SHE wanted to shoot she might have told Travis of a "little red ridinghood" theme of being tied in the forest to a tree and being found by the woodman? Travis may have been referencing this on the May phone call.

So Nurmi won ? He got the court to push back the date until the 18th! That means, with a dark court on Fridays, there will be court on the 18th and the 19th then dark. (Nurmi will probably use BOTH those days.)

Feb 26/27 will be closing arguments. Jury may actually begin deliberations on Monday, March 2.....

Get the witness here or bypass the witness. Yesterday, she told Nurmi to get the next witness here by the 17.... and he pandered for the 18th.... and got his way.

I agree. I think the Little Red Riding Hodi porn video fantasy started with JA. I doubt that most guys would think up designing a porn script around a fairytale. Even so, I seriously doubt that TA ever actually intended to participate in such a video. He was a Mormon and he was climbing the ladder of a business career. Travis was smart enough to know that allowing himself to be filmed participating in a porn video could destroy his career and his standing with the church if anyone were to see the video. Nothing but a fantasy that TA played along with, that's the extent of it, IMO.
