(One of the defense witnesses for the penalty phase (should they have a penalty phase) is doing a research on Monarch Butterflies and might be unavailable to testify. Apparently he knows Holmes since Holmes was a child.)

I used to dye my hair in order to hide my grey.
Do you know how many times I chased the drippings on my forehead or the tips of my ears? And I had years and years of practice... monthly.

I do not believe he could have dyed his hair red without the dye dripping on his forehead, ears, neck, etc.. Yet, when I look at the photo, I see no red smears or "freckles" caused by the dye...

He must be a very talented artist....

While that may be true of the product, it is apparent from all the earlier pics ( taken after the arrest) the hair appears to NOT have been washed out in one showering... unless he showered without getting his hair wet....

The color I used was Special Effects Napalm Orange in the bangs. I had originally bleached the hair to a medium blonde color. My natural hair color is dark brown so it took a lot of lightening. I usually go 4 weeks before I redye the color.
The first photo is the day after I colored it. You can see that it almost came out as a redish orange.
The second photo was after roughly 2 weeks since I last colored the orange.
The last photo was three weeks of fading.

I think that Brauchler did a great job on the prosecution's closing argument. I also think that King did a very good job with what little he had to work with.

I need to review some of the tapes before I could state how he should be found.
I am disappointed in both the defense and the prosecution for "sloppy" forensics;
it seems more an emotional and PC presentation by the state with a terribly weak defense.
I personally don't see "sloppy forensics".

As an example:
What evidence was collected on the bloody shoe prints on the walkway behind the theater (seen in vid and pics) ?
Since the prints do NOT lead to the car JH was associated with, whose were they?
Victims.
What size? What size shoes did JH wear? What brand? (Brand is specific by tread as registered trademark and used by FBI. See: Nicole Brown Simpson murder and OJ...)
My guess is that the prints were matched with the victims shoes or feet, but wasn't needed as proof that James Holmes committed this crime.

The first of several reports to 911 mention two or more shooters.
I do not feel this has been properly addressed.
I'm satisfied that it has been properly put to bed. JH failed to recruit Gargi and Ben and gave up on recruiting anyone else cuz Gargi and Ben told him he needs to talk to someone about his killing people and if I recall correctly his reply was that he was talking to someone, imo it was Dr Fenton.
One person stated and individual rec a phone call and went to the back door of the theater.
Do we have forensics on the cell phone for JH?
Did he have a cell phone with him?
Where did the call originate from on his cell phone?
The cell phone he had to dupe the theater goers was the Cell Phone Stun Gun he brought and payed for.


IMO, there are way too many unanswered questions. Why did the prosecution/LE not pursue the case more diligently?
I do think JH had some knowledge  of the events but I am not convinced he did this, did it alone, did it on his on volition.
Look to his education and his thesis.
All I can say about this is that YES, James Holmes is the one and only murderer in this case. As I said above his recruitment of Gargi and Ben failed, furthermore nowhere in his writings does he discuss anyone else to help him out.
(BTW, why weren't more witnesses called on his behalf? Teachers ???They surely had opinions on his presentations, performances, attendance, etc.,)
I believe this will happen when the defense begs for his life in the penalty phase if we get that far.
I do believe, outside of the drugged moments, he IS sane and was sane when it happened.
I agree that he has never ever been INSANE and is still SANE to this day.
I only question if he acted alone and on his own volition.
When we look at the forensic evidence it points directly to him and no other person. ALL of the evidence collected at the scene and his home (that failed to explode) was his and his alone. We saw tapes of some of the purchases HE made, we saw receipts in HIS name, we saw credit card statements of HIS purchases.  Every piece of death garb, every weapon, every bullet was his and his alone.

This case has played to the media.
It will be found to be in agreement with what is PCkPC; swept under the rug so we all can "move on"...
but we never "move on"....Improbable and impossible. Perhaps, what we are asking is for someone to move it off the front page of media as we are getting bored with it? Our minds are made up and we don't want to hear anything that might upset our formed opinions?
As in the case of William Heirens (Chicago, 1946, Lipstick Killer) I do not believe truth  was needed as long as the outcry for a perp was met.
In my personal opinion I have rarely seen blurps of this trial on the big news channels. I have solely watched it on my computer every day.

Our attention span lacks. We want answers and resolution and to move on. To celebrate we were in the "popular opinion" group.
Do we really want the truth? What about all the personal agendas?
"You can't handle the truth!"
For that, we need to be accountable.
