Didn't the neighbor claim this shovel had never been used? There's a lot of soil and markings on this shovel.

isnt the shovel a non-issue... i was under the impression that LE had ruled out the possibility of this shovel being used in any was during the crime..

dont get me wrong, i would LOVE another nail in KC'c coffin, but i didnt think this was it..


BUT.. thanks for all the photos and docs snaggles... your doing a bang up job!!!!

Randi, I think the shovel became an issue because the FBI requested that it physically be sent to their lab.......
