Policeman who led hunt for Madeleine McCann 'made £350,000 from book on the case that slurred the missing girl's parents' it's revealed as they take their court fight against him to Strasbourg

"... An injunction against the book he released was issued in 2009 and they started a libel action against Amaral.

They won the case in 2015 but the ruling was overturned on appeal and Amaral was awarded compensation.

According to documents filed at the ECHR, Mr Amaral made 342,111 euros from book sales in 2008-2009 and another 40,000 euros from the DVD spin-off.

It is believed that he also made £20,000 from interviews about Madeleine’s disappearance, and has made more money in book sales since the injunction was lifted.

The McCanns have now gone to the ECHR to avoid paying him £750,000 which, the couple fear, could wipe out the rest of the fund set up to search for Maddie....."

OPINION
Recently, there have been a lot of stories coming out on the disappearance of this child.
We have already seen this scenario presented years ago. It is not new. The only thing that IS new is the reference to the surgical mask. Hmmmm. Wonder if that was veiled threat to someone? Lot of smoke.....Are the English finally going to break on the problem of pedophilia in Britain? THAT issue needs addressing!

Look to see if this is resolved this year....
