DP won't factor in until she's found guilty of M1... I think that was the problem with KC's case... they either didn't understand or care that the guilt phase is first and seperate of the penalty phase... you can find her guilty of M1 without killing her... it was like they thought I don't have enough to go on and feel comfortable for M1 so I can't put this woman to death... 2 completely different things, even with M1 you don't have to give them death...

Dr. Drew was talking about that tape being shown with Travis telling the near death experience, and Jodi laying all over him in a social situation with over 20 people there. He makes the point that this tape directly contradicts JODI'S TESTIMONY IN COURT about Travis not being affectionate in public. His actions toward her in the tape are very tender as well!
This is evidence in regard to issues SHE has already testified to. In my opinion is is very important that this tape, along with similar other items SHOULD BE SHOWN TO THE JURY BY THE PROSECUTION IN THIS TRIAL. Since she testified to these issues, I see no reason why this shouldn't come in.
I am just mystified, frustrated and angry that this is not being done. How great would it be if Juan showed that tape in his closing?

He's choking me out. I can't breathe. And my only concern was not to hurt my Travis.

Running down the hall, entering the closet, scaling the closet shelves like Spiderman, extracting the gun with the precision of a surgeon, not disturbing anything, which was located at the back of the shelf which was taller than the door, ran into the bathroom, took the gun out of the holster, and SQUEEZED THE TRIGGER- NOT KNOWING IF IT WAS LOADED or not~

How many times did you try to kill yourself?
Once in california, my only serious attempt other wise just ideation.

That suicide kept getting put off. Just couldn't squeeze that in her intinerary.
