judge didn't have his motion but he said in the system it said approved or something and JM said I have a copy if you want to review... JM made him look bad again... not sure what the motion is about and how is it approved if she doesn't know about it?

I think it said "accepted" meaning that the system had accepted it/it was logged into the system, but I don't think she has seen it until Juan brought up his copy.

jury question was it possible TA picked up the camera and moved it? since you said it was possible then he could have been checking the camera and not chasing you... you didn't see him so you don't know...

Snarky, argumentative again. She is still not remembering what she said in earlier testimony. This really drags things out. You want to smack her so bad. I remember other trials where the prosecutor would say "please read back so and so's words from the record", confronting the witness with their previous exact wording. I kind of wish Juan would do that. God, I just hate this woman! She is splitting hairs again, acting disrespectful, and like she is smarter than everyone.
