I want to know if the jury will know that there was no ammo in the house. I don't think they know that now. And since you mentioned it Freckles, will they be informed that there is no holster for that gun. I would think that would be important info.

I would think the 'fact' that he had a gun, and no ammo is a bombshell for me. Barney Fife was the only one allotted only 1 bullet to my knowledge.

well JM is suppose to bring TA's gun friend in for rebut and the video of him shooting the AR... he said he'd never own a 25(it's useless), he didn't have a gun or he'd know because he was there like a week before, TA would have bragged about it since he always borrowed Dave Hall's (just remembered his name)... and if he did have a gun with ammo because he was shot then he'd have more ammo and JA said she never say any...

after she DROVE to HIS home and ATTACKED him in his own home! She invaded his home, his space, and murdered him

Wouldn't it be normal to have some residual effects AFTER you kill someone?

Dr. Samuel's said he did NOT record any of the sessions with clients; said it tended to "violate the trust" he was trying to establish.

Wonder if JM will link this back to JA tape recording the calls with Travis? What would that do to the trust Travis felt with JA?

Or is this just conveniently one-sided?

Observation: I am watching re-runs of today's testimony and one observation I had is that Juan is being very quiet as far as objections. He is just letting this flow. Letting the "expert" give his opinions. He is not interupting the flow.

I'm not particularly a betting person, but at this point, I think the jury is taking their lead from him. He is calm. he is not excited, scared, etc. He is just bidding his time.

He will come back with a vengeance! Again, no worries folks. Let's just let this play out. Juan is experienced with over 300 cases. He has done DP cases.

I'm not really a NG fan, but she's got me giggling 2nite....eye roll and blah blah blah. LOL.

Not saying I believe that! No. I think that is the image the defense would have us believe! Samuels is a "good guy" BECAUSE he was a teacher, because he represented cops who were under stress after killing someone... Personally, I am angry the judge let in SO much of this tripe! So what if he counseled them or represented them? Who is the voice for the person KILLED? Ever hear of a "bad " or misinformed shooting?Where is the outpouring of help for the loved one who MIGHT have been wrongly shoot? Ever since I listened to her interview with Flores in which she readily admitted she had Travis' ATM PIN number, his garage PIN number (opening into the laundry room in house) his computer password, his cell phone pass words... And then I realized WHY she crawled thru the doggy dog! Because at that time, she did NOT have the access to unlock doors and walk right in! That is the reason why she had to spy thru the window and could NOT confront TA with the female friend... otherwise she WOULD HAVE. Nothing cute about an adult going thru your phone and sending out text messages pretending to be you. Or slashing 12 tires in FOUR DAYS.

As TA said end of May, she is a sociopath. And a dangerous one with her game.

So. The last gun she owned. And the two knives found in the bottom of a box of books she was taking to Matt M. Who was she planning on knocking off next??

She sent flowers and wrote an 18 page letter to Travis' grandmother.
She contacted Tanisha, Travis' sister to see if she could get the BMW.
How sick is this?
She try to say, "Well, since Travis won't be needing it... I should have it," ?

Dr Samuels said he read all of Jodi's journals and he is basing his opinions upon what she had written (in addition to the tests and talking with her); Funny. She IS looking at a DP and could say ANYTHING to avoid that. But those journals? Remember how she testified they were not truthful? Remember how she admitted to Flores and Martinez she had spun lies to everyone?

Hmmm. Think she lied in her journals, too?

Think she lied to Dr Samuels? Would it be to her benefit to game him?
