ALV said JA has nothing "that stands out in her mind" re JA playing the victim.

ALV is struggling to define MANIPULATIVE despite ALV being in the area of domestic abuse! Wow... disgusting.

ALV states JA would flirt; that would be manipulative; after homicide, behavior was aberrant; it was part of ALV's assessment; indications were different among the two restaurants. ALV said she CONSIDERED the statements but concentrated on behavior PRIOR and behavior AFTER.

there are other causes but yes both those things can cause your tongue or teeth to appear black.

Also there are many people who can't afford to have their dental work re done, it does not make them yuck mouths.

Wilmot needs MORE case law... there she is very weak.

Wilmot asked for the available transcript prior to playing an audio of ALV's interview with JM. Tells me Wilmot is unfamiliar with the tape JM will play AND Wilmot is NOT an audio person but is a visual person.

I don't think that was the intention lostyou I am very aware that some people can not afford regular dental care and it is a shame that we don't take better care of people in this country or any country for that matter. I do believe that Ms. Laviolette is more than capable of affording dental care... but I sincerely apologize if my comment about medical reasons for blackening was offensive... as both are temporary I didn't think yuck mouth! again my apologies!

Yes, me too. No offense intended to anyone! I was referencing the appearance of a black tongue and inside of her mouth. I know what things can make teeth appear dark or discolored. It just doesn't seem normal to have a blackish colored "mouth".

Why wasn't the tape of Jodi's dad followed through with when the jury came back earlier? Why was that just dropped?

I dont know about alcohol poisoning but the pepto def turns the inside of your mouth black. I drank some one night round 3 am for heartburn and didnt drink anything else after..woke up next morn;went to brush my teeth and totally freaked out. Never touched that stuff again

I am the one who said my sister and I call AL yuck mouth. I dont have dental insurance and have lost several teeth due to having to take several medications..I cant afford to do anything about it right now so I just refuse to smile for pictures anymore.

IMHO AL lost the right to be respected when she called the victim in this trial the perpetrator.

I didn't mean to step on any toes. Dental work DOES cost excessive $... I had implants put in 2 years ago and 1 of the pilot holes was drilled at a angle and is obviously crooked. I have been dealing with this dental nightmare for over 2 years and they still haven't fixed what they did wrong. My (new) periodontist and I are at the just bury it and re-drill point now. Had the x-rays done last week. So what I'm trying to say is I wouldn't bash anyone for dental issues but I would bash someone if their girlfriend needed to get her butt to the doctor. Grins!
