I would like to know if the jury has a clear view of JA and the defense table. They need to witness all this hilarity and facial expressions going on. It's disgusting and the Judge needs to shut it down.

This trial lasted too long, it appears that JA thinks now she's at home and that it's her court. It even seemed that it's her who asked "approach" in this moment (she bent to JW who said "can we approach").

This bimbo says how abused women are sometimes inconsistent and don't always get restraining orders, etc. against their abusers, and yet she is saying Jodi was NOT stalking Travis because he didn't call the police, etc.!
This is so outrageous! Stalking can make a person angry sometimes rather that fearful. Some people try other means of getting someone out of their lives so they can possibly avoid a huge confrontation, or legal issues!
I can't stand AL! Her bias toward Jodi is simply too much! Sure hope the jury sees it this way.

Who is to say that she didn't text the I love you from his phone? Lord knows she was always around and wouldn't go away...

how aweful..tweets are saying one of Travis sisters started crying during this testimony..I can not imagine how they have the strength to remain seated and quiet during all of this

IMO it sounds as if Juan has been admonished not to be aggressive or testy with this witness---Something I deeply resent. She is so disrespectful and evasive and needs to be called on it. I really think it's time he came down harder on her.

In our society generally speaking if he would have done something it would look like weakness in a man. That is a shame, but truthfully speaking most times a restraining order will not work so going to the police is many times useless. It would only make him look weak. Can you imagine how Travis would take that?
