I can't tell when the jury is totally out of the room but the last week or so JA is being what I would consider rude as a juror... She talks to JW while their exiting not even paying attention to them... You're standing to show me respect so do it... I'd take it as either she doesn't care what I think or that she thinks she has it in the bag...

I was talking bout judge actually..she looked mad to me..but totally agrre that AL has flushed any career she may have had and OMG I can not wait to hear what this jury is asking her!!!

I do more listening than watching but caught Jodi doin exactly what you describe above at one point yesterday..I was like wth they aint even out the room yet!

I am in tears here. Based on the fact that the whole defense case is built on lies that have trashed a man's character and his memory, I so wish Juan could do some personal rehab in rebuttal. He should be allowed to bring in witnesses who knew him, some of those videos of him, and his post on his blog about looking for a wife and how sometimes it felt like a long job interview. Travis deserves to be humanized after being so brutally demonized, IMO.

I'm glad her got the spidey/movie reference in but wish he'd talk about the texts on the pedo day so she can explain how it happened when they didn't even see each other and the 'tone' of their communication never changed. I know i wouldn't be happy go lucky if i saw my 'sex partner' jerking to boys, making me hold my vomit for a 10 minute drive then come back and start having sex with him to save the little children... I'd be quite disgusted and bitter and it would be expressed whether i wanted it to or not... Like being asked are you mad and you say NO but everyone knows you're pissed... lol

Heard long ago that anger is a more accessible emotion than sadness, somethin' like sadness is usually deep down under the anger we feel...some days I wonder why I'm even paying any attention to this trial at all, it winds me up so tight and has so little to do with me directly...but when the empathy for Travis, his family, his friends (and therefore all the other victims pastpresentfuture) bubbles up through the anger and hot tears start flowing...when the nausea and fatigue and agony of listening and thinking about such things gets overwhelming...I shake it off and think (Weez or someone here has a quote about this- sorry, I'll check my source on that) "silence is acceptance" and I for one can and will NOT NOHOWNOWAY sit down 'cause NOFRIGGIN way do I accept the despicable, unneccessary, heartless cruelty JA, her dteam (and all the others like 'em) have inflicted upon TA and therefore the world. I just seriously THANK GOD that JM is the one standing up for TA.

Something has to be done...I'm all for justice and do not want to minimize the importance of "innocent until proven guilty"...but this is just not okay...hopefully all the outrage will be harnessed and used for good.

She latched onto Travis and if he was not going to be a willing participant in feeding her ego, she was going to make it appear he WAS. IMO, that was part of her need to own every thing about him including ALL his security codes and passwords. She could monitor his relationships with others AND if she felt he was not attentive enough to her, she could send herself make-believe texts and totally believe he had, in fact, sent them.

Well known statement re history: If a lie is told often enough it will be believed as the truth.

There is evidence, such as witness statements, we will probably NEVER see because the witness was not called to the stand. So the prosecution HAS SEEN it all while Alyce has seen little. And recalls even less!

JA has piratically a love fest going on in the court with Wilmot on a daily basis! I am guessing this is some illusion they are putting forth JA is not wanting to give up her "private" thots when in fact this is exactly what they had planned.

I spent two days in the jury selection process for the Peter Normann murder trial in 2011. They had a pretty large pool of us that they were selecting from. I got cut at the end of the second day of selection. Lucky me, because that trial lasted about a month and a half. I couldn't remember if it was $12 or $17 a day.
