I feel like that too but I refuse to go near the JII site. All it has done (the few times that I did check it out) is infuriate me. Everything related to this trial is infuriating enough without adding the opinions of the world's greatest idiots into the mix.
I would need Thorazine if I went by there at this point.

And the journals seized by the jail? They are entitled to seize any damn thing they want! What they've probably done is turn them over to prosecutors - hence the defense asking to see them, too.

I just want to remind everyone of something - Wilmott and Nurmi did not want this case. SEVERAL lawyers left already. This is not at all how either one of these attorneys would have handled this case.

This defense is all Jodi. Her game.

Nurmi's constant attempts at a mistrial is his job! And I don't mind that he keep doing it.

I say let Jodi do her stuff - trash the victim - spread her legs for all the world to see - trash her parents - be snarky - back-talk and be evasive - pretend a fog - whatever.

When this trial is over - even if we get a hung jury - her ENTIRE story has been told. She can't take it back. There will be no further excuses for anything. She's got that pesky fog she's not able to back out of.

Until recently I tried hard to not dislike Nurmi and Willmott.
I have a excessive amount of hate for Jodi, but I tried to keep in mind that Nurmi wanted out.
I felt like the guy was between a rock and a hard place. He could sit back, do as little as possible, let her continue to to her own grave with her mouth, etc. This would get him bashed by ppl saying he wasn't doing his job, or wasn't good at his job. OR he could put up a fight regardless of his personal feelings about JA and her case. This gets him bashed for helping her. Either way the guy gets bashed and he didn't want to be her defense.
So, I have tried to remember that he is just there doing what he is FORCED to do.
That said, the day the defense walked into the courtroom with those shit eating grins on their faces after having #5 dismissed... that's the day I pulled the plug and let my dislike for him flow in.
The trial has reached BELOW the point of scumbag, lowlife, BS tactics and IMO it there is very little that I understand as acceptable courtroom standards going on at that defense table.
I have a unhealthy hate for Jodi and a increasingly unhealthy dislike for Nurmi. Willmott, she's just a twitty bitch.
All of the above is MO.

What an incredibly biased "witness." At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and figured she was just doing her job, but after her nonsense telling JM that she would put him in time out if he was in her "group," any respect I had for her went completely down the drain. I want her off the stand in the worst way - after the jury pummels her with their questions, that is.

I think what bothers me at this point as much as listening to the DT and their really obnoxious and unprofessional witnesses, is Jodi's completely cavalier and arrogant attitudes to this whole procedure. She smiles, laughs, and talks in court inappropriately, all accompanied by disdainful smirking at prosecution, victim's family, etc. She uses people, the system, and media to make personal insults against people like Juan Martinez, her own family, etc. She is actively marketing her artwork for profit...And these are just a few examples. I am so insulted by all of this, and can't imagine the impact it is having on Travis' family.
Every day of this trial, Jodi just exudes an arrogance and an attitude of superiority that says loud and clear, "No jury will ever convict me", as she did before, but now with "...and I'm going to be famous when this is all over", added to it. As Kik said so brilliantly, it makes me also want to hurl something at the TV. It brings out deep rage in me and I have an urge to smash her face in.

There is a huge difference between famous and infamous.

I desperately want to see, at the very least, Jodi brought to her knees with despair. I want to see members of Travis' family stand at a podium and look her straight in the face, and say the words of their hearts, for as long as they wish, and Jodi a captive audience, unable to run or walk, or escape in any way. She will probably portray a cold and contemptuous attitude, and so much the better---Let the jury and everyone present see how sick and soulless she truly is.
Hopefully all of the tricks she is pulling now, and what her reactions are later will have an influence on the mitigation part of her sentencing.
I once saw an antique sampler from the early 1800's with a verse that I had never heard and that brought tears to my eyes.
It read in part "...that mercy I to others show, that mercy show to me..."
I hope that there is no mitigation for Jodi, and no mercy shown her.

I tried to find out online, exactly what the court protocol is when a defendant is found guilty of 1st degree murder, but couldn't. I have heard some things over time, and I think that if the jury comes back with that, Jodi is immediately handcuffed in court, in full view of everyone, and has deputies at her sides. Small humiliation for such a heinous act.
I know that if this is the case, she will not long be at the jail she currently resides at. I think her life in a different facility, especially if on death row, will be vastly different, and well deserved.
I also tried to find out if now or later she is/would be allowed hair color and makeup. I couldn't find anything. I just wondered, given Jodi's preoccupation with those things. I have seen women prisoners on TV with those things. I hope Jodi will not have access to them. Those 'perks' IMO, do not belong in prison.
I long to see the contempt Jodi shows for everyone involved in this case wiped off her face. I want to see her beaten.
I hope and pray that whatever life she has is miserable in the extreme.

I have only promoted the Laugh at Jodi here (RC) because it was pulled from my other YT channel after too many Jodi supporters flagged it. I recently uploaded it onto my unused YT channel just to pass around here.

I noticed a few minutes ago, they only need 26 more signatures. If you haven't signed, please do so. I am very opposed to DV, as my daughter was murdered by her estranged husband, and it was as brutal and bloody as this case, except he didn't use a gun, just 4 knives, and after 50 stab wounds, he broke all 4 blades off in side of her. He also admitted to doing it, and said he must have done it, but he could not remember anything about that night once he broke into her house. He was only found guilty of Vol. Manslaughter. I remember someone asking if she could be found innocent even though she admitted doing it, I think the jury would never find her not guilty, but they could bring back a lesser verdict. I hope not, but it happened in our case and I thought we would get a 1st degree verdict.
