IMO, this is the reason: JA was misusing Travis' ATM.

Maybe, that was the reason she went BACK to his home when she was moving.. hit the ATM once more! She told detective Flores she HAD his ATM pin number...and she would have needed cash for the move...

Travis could no longer be bullied by her sexually; she had moved! He had seen his bishop and confessed! He was healing from the JA experience... until he found out his bank balance. And that is what he was going to tell her parents, the Freemans, EVERYONE about. She was totally dishonest and they needed warning. JA could NOT be discredited within the LDS community; she was not done going thru the males. In particular, Ryan Burns had been vetted as a top rising star in the PPL community and she was planning on hooking up with him --- it would also help her to "keep an eye" on Travis.

Of interest was the fact she DID go to the PPL meeting on Thursday. The community was expecting her on Wed and was concerned something may have happened to HER when she did not show and they could not reach her on the phone. I never heard her say she suggested this. Until I see a transcript or something, I don't believe it. I am sure Travis would not have bought into it in any case, but I also don't think Jodi ever suggested it.

Grace Wong is not testifying for Jodi. Her testimony has nothing to do with the defense case, but was to be in a hearing today about alleged prosecutorial misconduct.

--The storage unit: JA volunteered this info to Flores and asked Flores IF her good friend, Matt, could get her camera and a few other things from the unit; JA stated she wanted her mother to have the camera as it had wedding pics and pics of her sis... who was in rehab somewhere... Personally, IMO, there were things on the camera/in storage she did NOT want her mother to see so that is why Matt was sposed to drive all the way to Yreka or Redding to get into the unit... I wonder if some of her grandparent's stolen property was in there?

Even if Matt did eventually get into her storage facility, you can be it was AFTER the cops were done going over it with a fine tooth comb. Anything of any evidentiary value would have been taken by the police.

Couldn't agree more, 18th! Juan is the bomb! I highly doubt that JM is alienating the jury based on the questions the jury asked. This jury is embracing JM's points and forcing the witnesses to follow through on a lot of points that JM either couldn't ask or the witness played evasive or dumb on. I truly believe this jury is lovin' Juan and are tired of putting up with time wasting DT evasive witnesses. They are probable thinking or answer the dang question already!

Just thinkin'....I remember that early in this case there were some (even on this board) who thought JM was "over the top" and too aggresive. Fast forward to today....now just about everybody LOVES JUAN! Sometimes it just takes a little getting to know someone to understand and appreciate them and their individual style. I don't see why this wouldn't apply to the jury's sentiment toward JM as well. After all, they are people just like all of us...and we all know how we collectively (and individually) feel about this. Do you agree?

As a RC jury....I do believe every one of us would vote to convict today, M1. Death penalty...not sure how that vote would go? I personally would have no qualms voting for the DP for Jodi. Cases like this are what the DP exists for, IMO.

In looking at the photo of Jodi with Mario, Bobby, etc.---IF that is in fact Bobby Juarez, he looks nothing like that photo of actor Bobby that was found and posted here. Of course, the 'actor Bobby' could be him, but again, I would have to see more about him to be convinced.
I also saw the tape on Youtube with the girl who says she was his gf and he abused her. This tape IMO is really creepy and VERY unreliable. IF in fact she was abused, she should have gone to police. Even if she was, and even if it was by the correct Bobby, it has nothing to do with this case. The video seemed self serving and suspect to me.

I thought that the defense was done with their case. I had heard that Ms. Wong, or Wu, or whoever it is is supposed to testify today in a hearing regarding prosecutorial misconduct, and not as a part of the defense case per se. I could be wrong, but that is what I read somewhere.

I am sure Jodi did have a storage unit, and if she mentioned that to Det. Flores, you can bet your life that a search warrant was issued with lightening speed---After all for all they knew Brainiac could have stashed the gun or other incriminating evidence there. So many things are not substantiated. I for one am done now watching anymore until Juan's rebuttal case. I think that is the only thing that is going to matter now. Alyce is done for. I really do not see the defense getting a mistrial. I for one am going to focus only on the facts I know Juan will bring out in rebuttal. Hopefully that will be the nail in the coffin for Jodi and her team.

I also saw the tape on Youtube with the girl who says she was his gf and he abused her. This tape IMO is really creepy and VERY unreliable. IF in fact she was abused, she should have gone to police. Even if she was, and even if it was by the correct Bobby, it has nothing to do with this case. The video seemed self serving and suspect to me.

I thought that the defense was done with their case. I had heard that Ms. Wong, or Wu, or whoever it is is supposed to testify today in a hearing regarding prosecutorial misconduct, and not as a part of the defense case per se. I could be wrong, but that is what I read somewhere.

I am sure Jodi did have a storage unit, and if she mentioned that to Det. Flores, you can bet your life that a search warrant was issued with lightening speed---After all for all they knew Brainiac could have stashed the gun or other incriminating evidence there. the 3 way issue was brought out in court when Jodi was on the stand...I do not recall if it was during direct or cross or what day of the trial it was but she just casually threw it in there that it was Travis idea. So I am positive that while it is most likely another lie..can't really call this one a rumour.

I didn't bother looking at the latest Bobby pic since he aint really relevent..I did watch that nutball girl's vid on youtube when it was first posted and agree with everything you said about it..

Now for the massive amount of unsubstantiated info..I blame the media..they never take a second to verify anything anymore..someone says one thing and they all go to reporting it as fact.drives me nuts and it is why I quit watching the news..there just aint no such thing as real news and reporters anymore.Of course your gonna have rumours as well with all the social media sites but I dont believe much of anything til I see an official document these days..lol

Also you are right about Wong or Wu..it is my understanding she is the producer for the HLN show that JC spoke on regarding the pic of Juan wt some fan that got the defense team all in a snit.
