I want to thank all of you who have posting today. I had a choice of live streaming on the computer or cleaning my 13 room house. (After my daughter had us watch her shedding big dog for three days...the house had to be cleaned) Thanks to all of you I have been able to keep current. I watched HLN and at every commercial (and you know how many they have) I cleaned. I was able to get all but the family room done. I know that I will have to watch HLN all evening to get the testimony but with all of your posts I know what to look for. Thanks so much. I will post later as to my opinions on certain issues. Of course my hubby will have this computer for hours. He doesn't watch this, but we surely do talk about it. I think he listens from the office. Take care

Higher level activities... can't do but rote behavior.
Multi-tasking is out of the question.
No memory loss for JA!
She is/was able to perform higher level tasks such as deleting of pics, cleaning up, etc..

I'm missing it!!!! The feed went---Just black screen and no sound!

You are in for a real treat! This was the BEST day! I know all of us have suffered through so much waiting for this. I hope the Alexander family is feeling a little better.
Watch the youtube vids tomorrow if you'd rather. HLN commercials are maddening!

Wow. She is trying to nail the witness on job absences... only to find out! She was teaching as well as working in the clinic... Gave up the clinic so she could focus on her career advancement... but she continued with the teaching.

JW is trying to find anything to dig into...

Well, let me just say that I am sorta impressed with JW. She sounds pretty competent. Looks strong, isn't flubbing around.

JW is trying to nail the witness and paint her as an uncaring, compassionate person while she was working with children. Oh..... now she is nailing her on "lack of experience" but the witness is correcting her. So now JW is getting argumentative and saying the eduction is not important to see clients?

JW is saying 5 years of experience is enough for the witness to remain unbiased but yet feel compassion?
JW is drilling in the fact ALL her work had been supervised because she was under supervision??

JW is trying to get the witness to say EITHER the clinical was more important than the education or vice versus...

JW trying to hit witness with NOT having a license but having a supervisor.... while working with clients.

Witness is holding up but voice is getting tight.

She was hired on in charge of the agency--- handful of people she supervised who then supervised @ 30 students. She was qualified to supervise all levels. She had her phd; she was supervising students at masters/doctoral levels... Sorry JW! It is not working...

The difference between Juan's witnesses and the defense witnesses is pretty clear. Juan has professionals, top of their off their game in their field of expertise. The defense had to scrap the bottom of the barrel. This girl is going to school JW.
