I still don't understand why Juan does not present some evidence to dispute that the penis photo is Travis'. I am sorry, but I think stuff like that is important to discredit JA. I think Juan needs to do more of that than he did last time.

Chris Hughes' wife, Sky Hughes, had Travis Alexander's journals and was ordered by the court, on a request by the defense, to turn them over to detective Flores.

I haven't seen any other court document stating that Travis' journals were in Jodi's possession.

Yes, I completely agree that that is the issue, but THIS jury hasn't heard the whole story. The judge is allowing the trashing of Travis and there is nothing stopping the defense. At least a few members of the last jury still had feelings along the lines of 'well, she was abused and pushed to this'.
IMO that is just WRONG. It is so far from the truth and I really think Juan needs to banish any ideas along those lines in no uncertain terms, and perhaps more strongly or thoroughly than he did last time.
WE know every little detail of all of this, but sadly this jury does not...
