I wish that the prosecution could have the last word in rubuttal and not just closing statements, but I hope that Juan again makes mincemeat out of Dr. 'hired gun' Geff.

I am not so sure that it was a good idea for Juan to have brought Lonnie Dworkin in as a prosecution witness. It seems to me it did more harm than good.
Juan's previous computer expert (can't remember name) said there was absolutely no great amount of porn on T's hard drive and no porn movies, etc.
Dworkin said "there was and anyone who says there wasn't is wrong".

I now hear the DEFENSE is going to call Dworkin up again as THEIR witness. If I were Juan I would have spent last weekend talking to his computer guy and finding out WHY there is this discrepancy as to what was on T's hard drive. IF in fact there is some explanation that makes Lonnie Dworkin wrong, I would hope that Juan goes after him on his cross and hammers that home.
