Alexander Bradley is due to take the witness stand next week to testify against his old pal Aaron Hernandez — with a hole in his face that he says the ex-Patriot put there with a bullet two years ago.

Bradley is not allowed to tell jurors about that.

But while he is expected
to testify that he has seen Hernandez with a gun, Bradley’s lawyer says there’s no telling what he might say.

“It’s a real Pandora’s box they’re opening here,” said David Jaroslawicz, Bradley’s civil attorney, who is suing Hernandez in Florida over Bradley’s gunshot wound. “There’s very little to gain here. They don’t know what he could say.”

Bringing in Bradley’s testimony could be a “stupid decision,” Jaroslawicz said.

Superior Court Judge E. Susan Garsh will hold a hearing out of the jury’s earshot to stress that Hernandez’s former right-hand man must not testify about his pending civil case, in which he claims the former tight end shot him in the face on Feb. 13, 2013, after an argument at a Florida strip club. No criminal charges were ever brought.

^^^This timing is interesting and, IMO, very telling.

Alexander Bradley (alleged accomplice to the Boston double-murder) claims that AH shot him in the face and left him for dead on Feb 13, 2013.

Later the same month, Feb 2013, AH flies from California to the NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis to ask for a trade because of gang related fears in Bristol.  The following is clipped from an article that Alessandra posted yesterday.  The wording suggests that AH was being blackmailed.  Hmm, could it be that Bradley was blackmailing AH over the Boston case???

...At the scouting combine in February 2013, I had heard from a source close to Hernandez that he was flying in from Los Angeles to Indianapolis to meet with the Patriots and ask for a trade. Hernandez’s reason, the source said, was that he felt in danger from a gang back home in Bristol, Conn., that was making demands on him after he’d signed his new $40 million contract extension, and he wanted to distance himself from them.

I could not confirm the details of the story, and didn’t know what to make of it. As a reporter, you could never be sure if Hernandez was being square with you, because he’d say something, and then wink or laugh. The same was often true with stories about Hernandez told by others...

I was over here reading the links last night (some people "play the links"....)and I could hardly absorb ALL the info from those links! WOW! People seem to have a habit of finding a headstone when hanging out with AH.
His best friends (shot in face, murdered) and acquaintances from a bar (2 dead, one injured) and even an uncle (Moped) where he had "stored" his 4Runner with the out of state plates... the one that was a "gift" to him?

Does not matter what state it is in! If they brushed against this creature, they end up dead.

(I see a long running TV series made from this. I would watch it if they kept to the script.
A true American tragedy. )

Fiancee of Aaron Hernandez to be called to testify Friday

FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) — The fiancee of former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez will be called to testify in his murder trial Friday, two people with knowledge of the matter told The Associated Press.

Shayanna Jenkins was granted immunity by the court in February, which means she can be compelled to testify or face time behind bars. There had been a question over whether prosecutors would call Jenkins, who has been in a relationship with Hernandez, 25, since high school and is the mother of his 2-year-old daughter.

The two people spoke to the AP on Thursday on condition of anonymity because of a gag order that's in place.

I'd have to agree, Mylife. So many witnesses not willing to speak against him; don't expect anything difference from his fiance, especially since she allegedly helped him cover things up and hid evidence.

Nope. She is not going to testify. She has her life to be concerned with. She has the life of her child. Further, she is probably getting some financial compensation for holding out... much like the cousin of AH who had a trust fund established for her two children . And I will bet that is a revocable trust fund! (Screw up and kiss it good bye...)

Too many people end up dead who dare to question AH (Odin) or sloppily spill a drink on him ( 3 shot in S. Boston; 2 dead) or know too much (Bradley who was left for dead after 3 shots to the face.)
I see her cornered and she will stand by AH much as a victim of domestic violence will stand by her man.
