A Hearing will be held on April 19, 2016, at 11:00am, in the Tampa bankruptcy court, for the Judge to rule on Casey Anthony's attorney's Motion.

Casey Anthony's attorney filed a Motion on January 19, 2016 asking the Judge to throw out all of Roy Kronk's attorneys documents and evidence that he filed on January 15, 2016, in response to Casey Anthony's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings.

Roy Kronk's attorney filed documents and evidence showing that Casey is responsible for the defamation even though her attorneys actually made the defamatory statements, on her behalf. She had full knowledge of their statements and knew the statements were false. Casey explicitly directed her attorneys to commit a willful and malicious act of defamation against Kronk. She told her attorneys to say these things to the media to portray Kronk as the kidnapper and murderer of Caylee Anthony, for the purpose of redirecting public blame for her daughter's murder to Kronk, but had full knowledge these statements were false.

I have just read about this case in the last week.
They are going to trial.
Posted it here somewhere but the search shows me nothing!
Basically, mother had left daughter with her bf while she went off to play soldier.
He had kept the child in a back building, a barn at her grandparent's home.
They were elderly.
He then badly physically abused the child. Over and over and over.
Eventually, the child was soon at a hospital but was so badly abused, she was air-bused to another hospital.
She ended up dead from the injuries.
Both bf and mother are up on charges...

Casey Anthony attorney Schrader, will take the Deposition of Dominic Casey today, March 31, 2016 at attorney Cheney Mason's office. Dominic Casey is testifying for Roy Kronk in his defamation case.

Yes, it has been slow of late,
it's just sad that other sites chased
posters away, I STILL miss Caylee Matters,
her info was unparallelled!
My dad lives down in Florida, I find myself
unconsciously waiting for him to call, letting
me know that the twit has been kidnapped,
disappeared, re-arrested (any crime will do!!),
on video purchasing Duct Tape, featured on
some porn site as the (barf) star, held up at
customs trying to get back into the country
on the mexican border and can't locate her
passport (oh well, too bad), or perhaps caught
at a traffic stop with no license babbling about
her lost 'sim card', ending up in the local asylum
and no one will claim her so she's locked up
forever, at the mercy of the local loonies......

I was just watching the OJ case,
it's been on tv this past week, they have been running
the trial all over again.
I was STRUCK by the evidence against OJ, Marcia Clark
was telling the jury in closing arguments how OJ's vehicle
contained THE BLOOD OF RON GOLDMAN AND NICOLE.
And they still went for the not guilty verdict.

Just like Caylee's death band hair and decomp was found
in the twit's trunk, and they also came up with not guilty.

Just unbelievable - any one of us would have been convicted
of First Degree Murder from the very first, those fluids show
beyond ANY DOUBT that the person was THERE.

Murder is Murder, and I know OJ is stuck where he belongs,
but he's up for parole shortly - and skank still hasn't had a
taste of justice, she's gotten away with it.

Both OJ and skank also had Teams of attorneys to help them
get away with it, whereas most people would have a public
defender, nothing against them - but they simply don't have
the time and resources to investigate and come up with
major defense strategies (lies).

Whenever skank comes up in the news (not often thank goodness),
the bulk of the comments show the general public wants the thing
to just go away and disappear, a good 99% know she's Guilty,
she hasn't fooled us!

oh, i REALLY miss Caylee Matters! i wish she'd come here, at least to give us updates.

the reason there hasn't been any news on skank is because she lays around in bed all day, eating junk food, and watching tv. she hasn't gotten her lazy out there yet except to take a few pictures. and even then she was accompanied by her daddy figure who isn't going to let princess poopypants step out of line.

the only other time she got out of bed was to scrub cheney's toilet.

we have to wait for her to get out of bed and go out on her own. maybe she'll tell daddy mckenna that she's going to work now, she can go out and take pictures, ALL BY HERSELF, like a BIG girl, and then she'll start doing one of those things that you mentioned.

The case is delayed further, but is not thrown out.


Today was the Deadline to file Motions for Summary Judgment – but both sides have asked the Judge for more time.

Casey Anthony's attorney wants more time to take Dominic Casey's depo, and also more time to file his Motion for Summary Judgment [asking to throw out the Kronk case], and Roy Kronk's attorney did not object to asking for more time.

The deadline to take Dominic's depo had been set for April 1st, and Casey's attorney set a date to take the depo at attorney Cheney Mason's office on March 31, 2016, but Dominic Casey refused to go to Cheney Mason's office for the depo because Dominic lives in Seminole county.

They will reschedule Dominic's depo for May 9, 2016 somewhere in Seminole county.

Casey's attorney needs a new deadline of May 15, 2016 to take Dominic Casey's depo, and a new deadline of June 1, 2016 to file his Motion for Summary Judgment.

There was supposed to be a Roy Kronk Hearing today -- but both sides asked for it to be rescheduled -- and the judge agreed.


The bankruptcy judge agreed to let both sides cancel the Hearing that was set for today, April 19, 2016, and reschedule the Hearing for July 19, 2016 at 11:00am.

Jury went with a political statement.
They did not want to see OJ brought down. He was their hero.
A Black man who deserted "his" people for a white woman. ... and now the whites wanted to destroy him.
For all the wrongs and especially the hangings of innocent Black children, women, and men, they vetoed
to "let him go"... as he was seen a victim of the white society.
All all the guilty whites let off, they wanted OH let off...

While I can appreciate the passion and the logic it was misapplied action IMO.
This was about an abusive MAN who had murdered his estranged wife.
I did not view this as a need for a political statement of trying to right racial wrongs.

At some time, we just need to stop trying to incite problems whereby one is punished and another is wrongly rewarded.

SINDY: "WHAT??? She can't even boil water, what the heck you talkin' about--"

CRAZY: "Well, it's called goulash, I threw a little of this and that in it, maybe a little too much of this and not enough of that, now that I'm tasting it --"

GEORGE: "--what's that stuff floating at the top??"

CRAZY: "-- well maybe that's the cumin, ya know I used alot of spices and stuff, some dried herbs I found floating out in those woods and -- HEY! Where're they sneaking off to??"

SINDY TO GEORGE outside: "Hurry the f up and get the car going, she'll never even notice
we're gone --"

GEORGE: "--it's like that scene from 'Fatal Attraction' when they come home and find a pot boiling over on the stove --"

SINDY: "-- and maybe that spider'll get her --"

Freckles:

Definitely a case of extreme abuse, Nicole even told friends and family
that OJ was going to kill her, no mystery there.
Reruns of that trial were on recently, eye-opening that was!
All the evidence pointed to him, and only him, no mystery there either.
Don't care what color he is, or his social standing,
that was cold-blooded brutal murder.
Odd that the more brutal the murder, the harder it is for the jurors to believe
the defendant actually did it.

skank (opens the fridge, exaggerated whine): "aaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwww-unh! why does everything in this crappy house smell like the trunk of my car?!"

sinny: "well, because dear, there's rotting pizza in there. our fridge always smells like that!"

skank: "when was the last time you cleaned it?"

sinny: "uhhhhhhh, never." sinny hides the bottle of febreze behind her back.

skank: "well this crap sucks. i want a bolonga sandwich and cole slaw, my favorite!"

(slams the fridge door)

skank: "why did you have to go and lie and say YOU were the one who did the chloroform searches??? i could be fine dining on bolonga sandwiches and cole slaw right now in my cell, if it weren't for you and your ha-bitch-ual lying! why did you LIE????"

sinny: "because...." (mouths the words) i love you

skank: (also replies non-verbally)

sinny: "oh, you are a little sweetie, aren't you?"

skank - sits down and lifts her shirt to scratch her hairy, bacne infested belly.

sinny: "what's THAT???????????" pointing to skank's belly.

skank: "it's a tumor."

sinny: "are you PREGNANT???????"

skank: "pffft, nooooooo. i'm still a virgin."

sinny: "are you sure?"

skank: "you callin' me a liar, old woman?"

sinny: "ooohhhhh, precious, of course you're still a virgin.....i believe you. nasty ol' tumor" - sinny pokes skank's belly with a fork, causing 4 zits to burst open. she hands the fork to georgie.

bozo: "well that's not what wee lee, georgie, and the entire male population in the state of florida says."

sinny: (surprised to see bozo in her kitchen) "bozo!!! where did you come from???"

bozo: "oh-ho, just passing through to get some payment due to me." (lifts eyebrows up and down at skank)

georgie: "so princess poopypants, are you sure that's a tumor?" turns the rag mag around to show her the title SKANK PREGNANT AGAIN "this is about the tenth time i've read that you are pregnant again. and why did i see all those garbage bags tied to the back of your bike?"

skank: "because you guys had my car CRUSHED!"

georgie: "no, sweetums, i mean why were there all those garbage bags?"

skank: (trying to change the subject) "fine, old man! i'll give you your f'ing gas cans!"

georgie: "thank you princess. say, when are you gonna get a job? i mean, you are 30 years old now. time to grow up, get a job?"

sinny: "oh no georgie, our little snot nose is too special to work like the rest of the world. she's speeeeeeecial!" sinny squeezes both sides of skank's cheeks.

skank: "oh, f you both."

bozo's ears perked up: "include me in on some of that...." bozo deducted $20 from skank's bill.

skank: "i DO have a job! i take pictures of flowers!"

sinny: "of course you do, pumpkin."

skank (clenching her wittle fists, face turning red): "oooohhhhh! everything i say and do gets misconstruuuuued! i HATE you both!"

skank violently slides her chair out, stands up, grabs old man mckenna by his non-cane arm, and yells into his old, hairy, hearing challenged ear, "GET ME OUTTA HERE...NOW!"

skank drags old man pat out of the kitchen like she's dragging one of her garbage bags.

bozo follows her: "wait! what about my payment due????"

sinny follows after bozo: "i can help you...."

bozo turns and looks at sinny: "eewwww!" bozo starts to walk just a little faster.

georgie, all alone in the kitchen, calls up one of his girlfriends, "can i come over? i'll bring pizza and beer...."
