Casey Anthony's attorney, along with Roy Kronk's attorney, are asking the bankruptcy judge to force Dominic Casey to appear for a deposition, and also to punish him with sanctions to pay for Casey Anthony's attorney's fees in preparing for the previous depositions which Dominic Casey did not show up for.

Dominic Casey says he filed a bankruptcy in 2015.

Casey Anthony's attorney is asking that all of Dominic Casey's documents that he filed by himself [posted on this boycott page below], be thrown out, and Roy Kronk's attorney has no objection to these requests.

The attorneys are also asking for more time on the deadlines to take the Dominic Casey depo, and to file motions for Summary Judgment and Responses, and to reschedule the next Hearing.

Casey Anthony's attorneys have filed documents giving Notice that there will be a Hearing on July 19, 2016 for the bankruptcy judge to rule on:

Dominic Casey says he refuses to do a deposition by Cheney Mason, so I guess they compromised and decided Fryer would do the depo, instead of Cheney Mason. They will question Dominic Casey. Dominic Casey filed his own document saying that the subpoena they had served on him is not valid, because Lisabeth Fryer and Cheney Mason are not counsel for Casey Anthony, and none of them contacted Dominic Casey's attorney, Robert Branson, about this. Dominic's attorney has been out of town until June 21st, and could not consult with Dominic about this. Dominic says he is unavailable to appear for the deposition by Lisabeth Fryer on
June 23rd. Dominic insists there is a conflict of interest between Cheney Mason and Lisabeth Fryer because Mason used to be Dominic's attorney in 2009, and Fryer works for Mason. Dominic Casey asks the judge to stop Cheney Mason and Lisabeth Fryer from harrassment.

Time to remember the EVIDENCE that proved what Dr. G. said was "HOMICIDE".


The TRUTH is:

- Judge Perry went on national television and told the world that HE thought there was enough evidence to convict, and that he was shocked at the not guilty verdict.

- What about the decomposing hair that matches mitrochondrial DNA of Caylee Marie in Casey’s car trunk – why did CASEY [not George] drive around with Caylee’s dead body in the trunk of HER CAR?
CASEY LIED to her friend about the “dead squirrel” smell in HER car

- What about all the many people who gave testimony about Casey’s car trunk smelling like “death” [not rotten garbage] – even the cadaver dogs [Casey drove that Pontiac -- not George], and even CINDY who said it smelled like there was a “DEAD BODY” in the car, and her granddaughter was missing.

- It was CASEY’s pants [not George's] that CINDY SAID smelled so badly of [Caylee's] decomposing body fluids, that CINDY washed them.

- What about the other computer searches that ONLY Casey did on “chloroform”, Neck Breaking, self-defense, household weapons, alcohol, acetone, peroxide, etc.?
Prosecutors proved that Cindy did NOT make those searches.

- What about the searches that ONLY Casey did on “foolproof suffocation”?
CASEY ANTHONY, alone, did computer searches for "FOOLPROOF SUFFOCATION" at 2:51pm on June 16, 2008, using HER password protected account, on her Mozilla browser, and then Caylee was never seen alive again.

- Why did the DEFENSE witness, Dr. Jeffery Danziger, the psychologist who examined and tested Casey Anthony say that she did NOT exhibit the signs of a molested person, and he was VERY uncomfortable being used by the Defense to hint that she was abused by George?

- The strongest evidence of her GUILT and that the molestation and drowning theory are LIES, is that the Defense would not allow their own witness, the psychologist, Dr. Jeffery Danziger, to take the witness stand at trial. They pulled him off their witness list!!!

- “Prosecutor Jeff Ashton then asked Danziger if he recalled a conversation he had with fellow Assistant State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick at the courthouse, in which he said words to the effect of, “I have no explanation for this other than she’s just pure evil.”

It was five years ago this month that Casey Anthony walked out the doors of Florida's Orange County jail a free woman. Once outside, Anthony was immediately greeted by hundreds of protestors, all outraged she'd been acquitted of murder charges in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Convinced of her guilt, the protestors heckled Anthony with loud booing and indignant jeers.

What is life like now for Anthony, who recently celebrated her 30th birthday? According to several sources, the woman once described by a Department of Corrections spokeswoman as "one of the most hated women in America" is bored.

These photos in the Daily Mail and TMZ do have a SPLASH photo credit on them. So, she got paid BIG for the staged photos, and SPLASH gets paid every time another media outlet uses the photos.

She had to tell the Piers Morgan photographer what day, and time, and address she would be at the dog groomers, to get these STAGED photos. Wonder how much Piers Morgan PAID for the photos?

In Exhibit C – Interrogatories - Casey Anthony admits that the statements her attorneys made were "to offset the negative and prejudicial remarks and evidence that she suspected to have been leaked to the press by law enforcement and the prosecution..."

Deputies: Man impersonating cop demanded $200 from suspected prostitute

The head of an organization that helped in the search of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony is accused of impersonating an officer and threatening to arrest a woman if she didn't give him money, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

A woman told deputies she was sitting in a car with a man in the parking lot of a Sam's Club on South Orange Blossom Trail Sunday night when William Dennis Milstead, 55, drove into the front of the vehicle, an arrest report said.

Milstead got out of vehicle, approached the driver's side and pulled out a gold badge, which he had on a necklace tucked into his shirt, records show.

He told the pair he was an undercover police officer and that if she did not give him $200 he would take her to jail, deputies said.

The pair got out of the vehicle and Milstead pulled out a flashlight with a built-in taser on it. He then turned on the taser and the woman ran to a nearby gas station to call authorities, records show. The man she was with drove off.

When deputies responded, Milstead was still in the parking lot. They found damage to the front of his vehicle, the taser and a gold badge marked with the words "Kid Finders Network" and "responder investigator," an arrest affidavit shows.

The woman, who deputies say is a suspected prostitute, said Milstead "does this all the time to multiple other prostitutes in the area," an arrest report said.

She told deputies Milstead has used the fake badge before and threatened to expose women if they did not pay him, records show.

She also told deputies she was not in the act of anything illegal when the incident started, and the man was just a friend.

Milstead heads the Kid Finders Network with his ex-wife, Sherri, state records show. The organization helps search for missing children and was involved in the search for 2-year-old Caylee Anthony before her mother, Casey Anthony, was charged and later acquitted of murdering the toddler.

This charity CLOSED May 22, 2012 - the "members" of the corporation vote to dissolve it.
$100,000 is left over.

The 2nd foundation, "CayleesFund Foundation INC" was set up differently than the first one, the "CayleeMarieAnthony Foundation".

Mark Lippman was the Registered Agent AND Incorporator AND Officer/Director with a Title as Manager of the "CayleesFund Foundation Inc".

Lippman said " the money would go toward the foundation's efforts to advocate for missing children and grandparents' rights. The Anthonys will be part of that foundation."

Casey Anthony has lots of help on her side, working on changing her image, and "selling" her for big bucks.

We know attorney Cheney Mason has been on Piers Morgan promoting the "new and better Casey Anthony".


She also has P.I. Pat McKenna and attorney Dorothy Sims, along with all of their connections, on her side.

Is it any wonder, considering Pat McKenna’s bio, that Casey Anthony received a LOT of preferential treatment during her “probation” time, and now in the bankruptcy case?!
She has lived with, and said to be in a relationship with divorced Pat McKenna.
She was photographed at Flanigan’s in Lake Worth, when she was there with Pat McKenna and P.I. Jerry Lyons [who was a P.I. intern under McKenna].

McKenna is pushing hard for the “George-did-it” defense to rewrite history and to try to make Casey Anthony a sellable commodity via book, tv interview, etc..

ABC 20/20 did an article on McKenna and his theory about George in August 2011, titled “Casey Anthony and OJ Simpson Shared the Same Lead Investigator”.

We need to let all media know that the Boycotters are still strong and will contact advertisers of any network that pays her, the scheme team, or the Anthony's $$$. When you hit their pockets that is when they stand up and take notice.

Both Dorothy Sims and Pat McKenna were left OFF of Casey’s bankruptcy filing, so they can potentially send her a bill in the future, or she can voluntarily pay them – they did not get “discharged” in the bankruptcy case.

- mother who was a psychic and had a BA in Psychology - Dorothy Ann Brown

- brother who is a JUDGE and former prosecutor in Louisville, KY - and his wife is also a JUDGE - Benham Jones Sims IV and Deborah Deweese [Sims]
