they're trying to make him sound more experienced and show that it wasn't all her... but who's to say that after all the times he spent with her etc... that he didn't learn this stuff from her? maybe he's a quick study and knows how to talk smack with the best, she's sure holding her own on the tape as well...

You can't UNRING a bell.....we've all seen the many sides to JA and none of them are redeeming. She was all "gangsta" last week pushing back at Juan and stating the sex was mutual and she ALWAYS enjoyed it.

She is not a battered woman. She was not forced to have sex ever. She was not in fear for her life for dropping a camera like a 5 year old. Give it a rest.

I think it is BS they are allowed to play an edited version where only the VICTIMS words are heard. Next time Juan is up he needs to put Travis' picture alive up with that shot on the autopsy table of his neck wound right beside it and LEAVE IT UP so everyone remembers that Travis Alexander was a human being who's life was taken by Jodi..Travis is the victim in this courtroom not her!

on JVM a abuse lawyer etc... said finally JA is acting and saying the correct things to correlate with her experts testimony. she has the reports and is tailoring her stories to match battered women.... before she would say liked him now it love love love... she said it's very subtle and strategic but she's been wondering when it was going to click... also said she's a faker...

PHOENIX — Jodi Arias testified Monday in her Arizona death penalty case that she chose to take the witness stand, despite knowing that prosecutors would chip away at her numerous lies to police and her efforts to cover her tracks to avoid being caught in the killing of her lover.

"Were you forced to testify?" defense attorney Kirk Nurmi asked Arias.

"No," she said.

"When you chose to testify, did you so do with the idea that the lies you told would be called into question?" Nurmi prodded.

"Yes," Arias said.

"Veronica" said that JA would not leave TA alone hounding him constantly... she said cancun was the trigger ie. the after death vm about after cancun and you visit... thinks that JA corrupted him, he showed her spiritualism and she showed him hedonism... she was going to show him what she knew. feels it was definitely planed.... even when in trouble at work she'd show no expression, nothing phased her... if she couldn't reach TA before shift she wouldn't come in... she'd drive 5 hours to AZ after working just to be with him...

Unless your Jodi. Anyone who does not do her biding without her asking is abusing her. And if she has to ask, well, you must be playing games! Don't you care enough to know what she wants in advance? She can't hold a job. I seriously doubt if she was making tips. None of her co-workers have vouched for her. BTW, the restaurant industry is big on reporting injuries. Very big.
Had she cut herself on the job, she would have been sent to a doctor, clinic. A report would have been made. She would have been tested for drugs and alcohol . IF there were drugs involved, she would have been fired. She would NOT have been allowed to handle food until the injury was healed and a doctor's ok to return to work. CA is huge on this type of employer reporting especially in the food industry and with contagious disease.

Further. Would someone who has cut their finger sit for a manicure or even want to mess with coloring their own hair? The chemicals... they would burn and redden the area.

Accused murdererJodi Arias tore out pages of her diary in which she complained about her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, and said she wanted to commit suicide, she testified today. She said she was afraid he would snoop and read them.

Arias showed the court the torn pages of her journal and read the full excerpts to the jury, just a week after prosecutor Juan Martinez used her partial diary entries to show that she never wrote about the alleged abuse he inflicted on her.

Martinez has accused Arias of making up the allegations that Alexander was abusive. She is charged with murdering her ex-boyfriend at his home in Mesa, Ariz., on June 4, 2008.

Who amongst us has NOT thought of throwing in the towel, calling it quits?
That is very common theme among:Teens, elderly, those with chronic diseases, disappointments in life, couples breaking up, etc.. I have no sympathy for a person who wants to kill herself but changes her mind when she accidentally "nicked" herself with a razor blade and it hurt like a bad paper cut!
Please. I would bet most that jury has wanted to commit suicide just listening to her drivel. So sick and tired of her ME ME ME ME. Get out the wooden spoons, please.

Travis kept telling JA she wasn't the girl for him; he wanted to move on. She would not have it and kept trying to woo him back. Rocky relationship? JA was WILLING to accept TA using her for sex. She kept interjecting herself into his life AGAINST his wishes. Crawling in a a doggy door? Slashing tires? Hacking his accounts? Please.

Have you seen ANY violence from Travis?
Has he threatened her with that magical gun of his?
Has he spied on her?
Damaged her property?
Intruded upon her friendships with others?
Claimed she owed her entire life and well being to him?
No. But those are things she did to him.

@1:13 her finger is perfectly fine! Wish I could capture and post that image. IMO, she is double jointed as her other hand often shows the same. Bet when she was in school she used to gain sympathy by telling other kids she had a broken finger...

In watching and re-watching her "breaking down"on the stand: It is fake.
She was really trying hard to work up the tears and set the stage.
A stage to say, "Look. You have broken me! I am an abused person and you have pushed me too far!" I am sure Nurmi will get the psychologist or the abuse specialist to look at this replay of the day and try to tell us how she is abused. It was dog and pony time.

The prosecution needs to lay these out very clearly during rebuttal and closing and hope the jury uses critical thinking...she is a chameleon - changing with the circumstance to....BENEFIT herself. She is not a battered woman.

Truthfully, JA was ALWAYS changing her hair color! Look at the pics. Admittedly, she was a variety of blonde shades when she was with Travis UNTIL June 4.

The rental guy:
JA was BLONDE when she rented the car.
JA DID attend the beauty salon on the way to murder TA.
JA was BRUNETTE at Travis' June 4;
JA was BRUNETTE at Ryan's June 5.
At time of arrest, what was her hair color?
Yet the rental guy picked her out of the photo line-up which had @ 9 other pics included.


She changes her hair color whenever she is bored or wants to change image.
No biggee, IMO.

This part of the trial, Nurmi is NOT to introduce new evidence. IF he does, JM gets to have it tossed OR re-cross!
Nurmi can ONLY review evidence she has already testified to under his questioning or that of JM. He knows better and so does JM.

Further, no evidence of any splint or injury, or anything on that date; hearsay.
