You mean 9:30 AZ. time? I am in New Hampshire, and it's now 12:46 here. Guess they won't be starting until 10 their time, 1:00 my time. Sigh...that means I wont see much today. Hubby gets home today at 3 and we have errands. I'll be going nuts!

Yes, Juan should be able to continue with the cross exam of def xpert witness, Alyce. If you miss it or want re-runs, please check youtube later this evening. Several have excellent libraries they have built up over there.

at exactly 9:30 I went outside to have a smoke and scoop the poo off my lawn and didn't get in any hurry at all. I agree with you Olivier..somebody really needs to buy that woman a new watch.

This is terribly ridiculous!
No sooner will the trial start than Alyce will need to hit the crapper and then it will be an early lunch!

I am giving this judge an F for failure to keep her court on time!!!

Ugh, some ditz, Anita Kay is on HLN defending the wonderful ALV---Makes me sick! This woman is so nuts! I think lawyer Wendy has ALV pegged much better---This Anita Kay actually thinks A. "held her own" with Juan...Are you kidding me! As Wendy said on the radio show, her career is HISTORY. I really can't watch some of these talking heads on HLN sometimes.

Trying to knock Juan off his game by delaying ... Just giving him more to prepare! Hope the jury is careful not to give Hodi anything to complain about today...she will porbably be looking for anything about them being upset about the delay

Agree! And watch, the defense will dog Juan with objections every minute and we'll probably have an actual 20 min. of cross before lunch---If we're lucky.
I am disgusted.

Is it a smack down on ALV for approaching Sam the other day?

Is it a smack down on J5 for taking the note from a person in the gallery when she was told NO CONTACT?

IS it JA looking for more protein bars or stubby pencils to go with that swiped paper lining her pants?

IS it Alyce wanting some of JA's paper to line her own britches?

Maybe, Alyce is telling the judge she needs to leave early and here is her doctor's note..

after this trial is over I know the press will hunt down the jurors. As much as I would like to know their thoughts, I want to know how much all these delays have colored their views on what is going on. It must be hard to come to 'work' already annoyed.

I really do not think Juan can be censured for aggressiveness! He is certainly NOT out of line and it's his job to fight for justice for the victim. Everyone seems to think he's doing a great job anyway.

i was reading all my tweets and there is a lot of comings and goings....Travis family going thru another door where jury usually comes out of....ALV in chambers and back out....pros in and out and back in again...Det. flores in and back out to find a piece of paper and back in.
