Oh bugger! Well now by the time they get going, I'll miss so much. When I get back to watching I will have missed some of the cross. I'd rather watch the whole thing on You tube tomorrow I guess...

ALV as an expert witness should take some pointers in the other witnesses in this case and others. One can answer a question as it was asked, and not implicate or damage the defendant. Her evasiveness is similar to Jodi's and Samuels and comes across as defiant and not honest. Just think of the ME's cross, he answered the defenses questions matter-of-factly without coming across as evasive.

He's making her admit that "context" is extremely important EVEN if reading the written word. Hahahaha. So how can she know what Travis meant/felt/was motivated by, etc without the "context" around his emails and texts, etc.

I think JM is trying to demonstrate that she stretches the truth when it is advantageous to her. She is an 'expert' and she is padding her CV. If you notice everything JM asks, she has a gray haze over her answer. She didn't say she was part of a panel, she said she was keynote speaker. It speaks to character.
