Judge has reviewed the case, emails rec from all over the country however, those without a personal involvement in case, not going to consider their thoughts, opinions.
Judge cares what he has seen and heard in the court. Those who are personally involved in case.

TS is scowling nasty.

State:
Mr. McQeery to speak: No remorse from TS and she is not camera shy. No sorrow expressed on her part. She "set out to take this baby from his family". No future with Gabriel. Think TS should go to jail. Perhaps she will then feel the pain the father's family has felt.


Said he had heard TS state she thought God wanted TS to have this baby; (bad things) have happened when people believe God wants them to...

McQ: its been a long couple of years. We still don't know where Gabe is...we fear the worse. No remorse from TS, never been media or camera shy...no sorrow for what has occurred
She set out to take this baby from our family. We have no future with Gabe. I think she should go to jail. If she is away from her family, maybe she will feel what we feel.
Difficult for son, want it to be as difficult for TS. Terrible things using God's name, that is this case.

Read presentence report, he has least amount of info. He rec 2 years probabtion each charge.

Victims in this case....Logan is only statutory vic in this case

Judge: Denies. Wants the comments now.

State (Andrews): Indicating family pics
States that up to last night State did not know what they would rec to Judge. State reviewed the rec from others.

Speaks of rec for presentenceing report.

Logan is the only one listed as interested party.
State does not believe the suggestion by Logan is the one the Judge has.

Logan wanted probation and 20,000 dollars restitution to be paid to a charity for others. Logan was told it was not appropriate. He said he would send a different one. Apparently, Logan did not not. He sent the same rec to Judge.

Logan has been on probation and found it hard. Reason he wanted TS to be on probation.

Other family members want max on each count and not not to be together.

Logan wondering if every time he sees another boy if he could be his son.

Aunt: Unacceptable TS rec less than max.
Family friend: Tammi calls others names, hides behind her religion.

Another: TS still does not see her self as guilty but sees herself as "savior of women and children".

Rec: 3 1/2 yrs followed by probation.

State:
Says TS has significant mental health issues.
Not the first time TS believed she could manipulate the system for her own self. Mentions others adoptions, sperm, etc..

TS is very manipulative for her own wishes and desires.
Intelligent. Business leader. Tried to control Elisabeth Johnson. When TS found out Logan was in the picture, TS plowed on against her own lawyer and lied to her lawyer; TS did not stop when she lied to CPS about babysitting; when she watched CPS confront Elizabbeth or Logan or was told by CPS told her to BUTT out; she did n't stop when she changed Gabriel's names, took him to Santa; when Elizabeth fled to TX; when she told Logan to sign adoption papers in order to get Logan to come home.

She does not stop today. She has tried to start a charity for women/children. She doesn't stop complaining about how much money she is spending.

She does not stop when she complains of media/public
interest in finding Gabriel. She invited the public/media in and then complained. Neither Logan, Elizabeth, or PD put TS in the media. TS and her husband invited them in!

This is convoluted.....bibles, TS wanting to help children and mothers due to her past....separation from her children. I counseled her to be careful.
I head Teen challenge centers
I told her step back, slow down, take the proper steps
Funding is an issue
Follow your dreams, but so it properly.
Never lose site of her vision, but keep one foot on the ground.

TS has a big heart, caring
Not vindictive, overextends herself
Educates herself to get knowledge how to help others

He told her a need for funding, donations, keeping it going. Not to look too large but keep it manageable.

He encouraged her to never lose sight of her vision.

She always looks out for the dowtrodden, reaches out to people others would overlook

Will sacrifice with great cost to herself
All I want to ask you is that you take into consideration that TS is guided by her heart and not always by her head.

All I could think of was I would be asleep in his church. What a monotone.

Rev Pryor (sp) Pastoral counseling at church. Biblical counseling only. Believes TS to be kind-hearted and PUTS THE DOWNTRODDEN FIRST, etc.

TS' intent is to always help others.

TS will do this at great cost to her self.

Mr. Cherry....cousin....known her my whole life, She is loving caring, mother,wife. Amazing woman, given her childhood, she is amazing. She is very strong. That's about it.

jack is asking for probation with no jail. Mr. smith will speak after me. Rare for you to see this type of person in your courtroom, a Christian.....(really?)
