Further, Juan is asking why Samuels is filling out the tests. Juan nailed him in a lie; Samuels said he transferred the answers to another sheet and then gave it a score. Now he i asking why Samuels has scored questions certain way; Samuels said questions are in the book; Juan handed him the book! LOL

Samuels is now looking up the directions for administering the test!

He can't find the directions. Guesses the actual test may not be there... in his notebook.

you know what's sad... I was just peeling an apple over the trash and a strip of the peel fell to the floor. My dog Max, is one of the most handsome dogs in the world with his sassy lashes will sit there and wait for me to give him a piece of apple. when the piece fell he slowly went over and snatched it and went in the other room like he didn't do anything. I said did you just take that? because I wasn't sure and he came back in with him head down in shame. I went and looked and he had dropped it in the dining room and wouldn't go back to it until I told him it was OK to eat it... my dog feels more shame and remorse for stealing an apple peel then JA does for murder...

things to note... the stab wounds in his back are arranged within 6" and do not penetrate the chest cavity... so they are shallow..

deeper stab wounds in the chest are 2 - 3.5 inches deep... the remaining wounds are superficial. Wounds are horizontal and oblique... (assumption then is that some were cutting motion not stabs) Although someone who is an RN etc.. may disagree and I would welcome the correction..



I do find it interesting that I cannot find the lab results of the swab from urethra... exterior evidence in my opinion would have washed off... there is no mention of seminal fluid measured (there was some discussion of this earlier)

JAO... someone on FB said the doc and discussion was on WS about the sperm level... they didn't provide the link to the specific doc and I said I didn't know if it was true or not but incase someone had good investigative skill they might be able to find it... Since there isn't anything to back it up guess it's not there...

this after hours is dumb... the juror asked if the shot was fatal and or did a fight happen after and instead of talking about the shell on top of the blood and what the ME said which I think is more important they just focused on the shell on the blood... I'm going to bed...

about her having low self esteem.... she wrote in her journal about getting asked out on 4 dates that she blew off, people being interested in her... I know it's shallow to equate male attention with self esteem but for her that's what works...

I was telling my bf who the different people were in court yesterday... and the dp specialist that sits at the back table... i said see that lady at the back table with her tittay hanging out? she's going to help if she gets M1 to keep her from getting the dp... you could see her boob, her shirt was open that far... that's professional...

curious if since the next witness is the abuse lady if she'll go after JM like JA did... Men like you moving fast, raising your voice, acting intimidating. etc... you're abusive... they said you can't tell from the TV but JM can get away with acting like that because he's so small... People are saying about 5 foot... My daughters are 4'11" so for you to tell me you're scared of this man because he raised his voice at you because of your attitude is the biggest crock of crap...

I did too! Did you catch the bit where Juan asked Samuels if he had problems with his memory and Jennifer Willmott is LAUGHING! Even the defense thinks this guy is baboon!!! Can't wait for the rest today. It's a snow day here (big storm, boo hoo), hubby is home so I told him I would be glued to the telly starting this afternoon!
