It also does not support the "verbiage" JA said she loved Travis. Her actions do not reflect a loving relationship but one of RAGE and HATRED despite his sharing his home, bed, and body with her. A slit throat is certainly not loving. A shot in the face of the man who just kissed her is NOT loving.

Since it says they were seized on April 1, 2013, then either Sheriff Joe or the State took them, and the defense wants them back.

IMHO, the state seized them, if there is any writing in pen (remember all the blue pens she got in trouble for hiding), I'm guessing they want to run chemical tests to see if the same pens were used to "create" all the journals that ALV relied on for her assessment of JA.

I would like to know WHERE all the journals they've been using in court were found.... "

Travis was not so upset JA was seeing Abe BUT she was telling Abe personal stuff re Travis. THAT irritated him greatly.

Thank you thank you thank you. I really wanted to hear facts not fiction. I am truly upset when she spouts her philosophy. I believe people are generally good both men and women. But when you run into evil you must understand that it is real. Jodi is evil. Alyce bolsters JA's resolve and promotes that evil that is evident. If she has a son I wonder if she would allow him to date JA. On second thought she probably believes her son (a man) would be perfect for Jodi because she trained him. Oh my gosh we have to worry that there are at least two more Alyces out there because she stated she had two children.

I think AL is extremely damaging to the defense case with both the male and female jurors, IMO. Just look at the reaction the females and males posting on this board are having toward her testimony. She is so clearly a biased man-hater that neither sex likes her or is respecting her biased opinion. Travis could do no right in AL's book.

If she was able to engage JM in a responsible, respectful debate over the actual evidence, my horror would be lessened. She is a professional, therefore I find her willful ignorance to be even more destructive to the cause of true domestic violence victims. She is claiming (at best) ignorance to 'collaborative' evidence of Travis Alexander as a victim in this trial, and in so doing is testifying AGAINST the very population she claims to be an expert with. Aren't we held to a higher standard as professionals? JA is what she is, but even her testimony shouldn't be held to the expectations Alyces' should...Alyce claims to know better than the rest of us, that's why she's there. Therefore, my humble (however outraged I am whilst stating it) opinion is that she has earned what's now flying her way; she should be held to the standard of thinking, acting, and KNOWING better. The world has been shown how many hours of evidence in Alyce LaViolette's testimony? Who she is, what she thinks, who she purports to speak on behalf of. My low opinion of her is based soley on HER own words and choices. Not because I was predisposed to dislike her for any reason whatsoever. I have ZERO skin in this game, I've got no dog in this hunt. Nope, my disdain for her is based on the fact that she is enabling evil through her willful ignorance, perhaps motivated by monetary gain. Her testimony is brutal to the true victim in this case, and by extrapolation to other true victims, the very people she uses to fuel her idiotic conclusions. For many men, IF they say it once it would be the same as a woman saying it ten times...So IF Travis complained once, you could multiply that by ten...

Men are usually less likely to complain.
IF they have a bed, a job, a remote... a warm meal, some wheels and a woman by their side... they can usually tolerate anything! However, when they get pushed over the line with HACKING, attempts to make them jealous, STEALING... trying to humiliate them... then they talk out.
