my someday son in law suffers from em..his run in the family too and he and his mother both had seperate surgeries this past year to aleviate em..They rebroke his nose from a childhood injury n reset it..still has migrains..and for his mom they cut some nerves in her forehead..still has migrains.

and altho it had to of been so aweful for her having to deal with such so young I lol at the thought of a hormonal four year old

Det Flores interview on July 15, 2008, is when JA mentions Paul Stern and money lent to her; Flores asked her then if it had been paid back and she said it had. And that is where I have problems with her story! When/how did she pay him back? Between Jun 4=July 15, did JA make another trip to Monterrey area to pay him back? Did she send the money? Receipts? Bank records?

Good to know. Thank you for clearing that up for me, freckles. OK...I apologize for doubting you, Mr. Stern. Just seemed a bit fishy because it would be such good premed evidence if true.

no blood in shower is actually moot tho as his body had been washed of blood as well..IMO she turned shower on once she got him in there to wash away any hair or fibers or her own blood that could be found on him.In fact last night I even considered the possibility that water spraying from the showerhead above may of even entered the bullet wound and rinsed all blood out of the tract thru the back of his face...took me forever to go to sleep last night

IIRC, Paul Stern did an interview where more of the story developed. Apparently, he was in the Ventana, a fav local restaurant, and was using their computer. An event he often did. And JA was there! (Funny--- she never mentioned this in her story of the details of visiting Matt, Darryl, Walmart, getting her nails done, etc.) Stern knew JA from when she was an employee at the restaurant. (He also knew Matt.) So. Here he is on the computer and she sits down next to him to use a computer. *I have to wonder IF those computer records were ever pulled.** And, in the course of talking JA tells him she needs to get to Mesa to see a bf--- it is urgent! Alas, she is broke... would he lend her money? So he does. And that is that.

It is when JA is talking with Flores the issue of the loan comes up. Flores asks IF Stern had been paid back and JA said he had.

I've never seen or heard of UTZ chips here in AZ. Not sure the description sounds very appetizing?

They're out of PA and only deliver to the surrounding states so the customer gets the freshest product... They are good... it's just that initial burst of packaging "air" that stinks... lol kinda like cabbage and broccoli, smells like crap but goooood... lol

Yes, understand that one. I let my little 14 lb. Boston Terrier sleep with me. She's my baby and I just don't feel like things are right in my world without her snuggled up next to me at night.

Has anyone thought about all the time that has been spent in "chambers". I think if you added it all up it would amount to days. I don't think I've ever watched a trial with so much time spent away from the bench behind closed doors. Don't they ever start on time?

tess the regular sized bags don't smell... I just started picking up this size at the walmart checkout... weird thing is the micro variety pack bags don't smell either... i think these bags are bigger but have the same amount as the micro bag and therefore has more of that preserving gas in it so it smells like fart... dunno but it's good
