Yeah! One garden front, about 20 feet long, and each side about 15 feet long---fence 32 inches tall, and we built all our twig arbors too! Cost: 0!!!!! We also built the 65 foot long stone wall in front of our house by hand, and salvaging every granite boulder/rock---Lots of hard work, but didn't spend any money at all!
Hubby designed and built 2 wattle gates too! (Did SOME of it in 18thc. clothing!!!)

The Dt can put on a defense today and say that after the initial strike which according to them was the shot to the head that TA went into shock and therefore didn't feel the pain of the knife wounds and was probably so weak from the bloodloss that by time his throat was cut he probably didn't even know what was going on... so it wasn't cruel enough to meet the criteria to give her the DP... watch...

was reading on fb and like freckles said about the nudes from d-day... A person said they think that while he was asleep she transferred them from her data chip from an old session to his data chip to make it look like a current session therefore no actual time stamp... you can do that thru the computer...

If no one said a word at this part of the trial, what would common sense tell you? 29 Stab wounds which bled, so he was still alive, throat cut, he was still alive, gunshot to the head (questionable that he was alive). How is it anything but cruel? No murder is not cruel, but a sudden death with a fatal gunshot is one thing, this repeated stabbing and slicing and dicing and shooting...there is no argument. CRUEL. No discussion. the defense would be wise to let this phase go and try to plead for her life. don't try and tell the jury this is something other than extremely cruel.

I wonder if Jodi is lost for good. It appears that way right now. But only God knows her heart. I know she only portrays evil and conniving to all of us. But i wonder if she will lay it all down and hit her knees some day before she dies.

the fact that he knew that was happening to him, he never thought the person doing it would ever do anything like that to him, he was trying to get away... he was in fear and knew with every painful stab he was never getting out of his room alive no matter what he did because she over powered him and nobody was home...

No hating Mari...I have wondered if she has to get down as far as she can go before she is able (which I'm not sure she is) to ask for forgiveness. I just think that her brain is missing a vital part that will enable that, but what do I know.

I didn't know what to think about her mom until i saw the interview tapes with Det. F. then i felt bad for her then now not really so much... and gma and the wheelchair... wow...

You're not alone. I have wondered if she would ever get older and someday do the same, but I seriously doubt that she is or ever would be capable of it. I think there is something missing inside her and it's permanent---she is lost. That being said, the thought of her being in a hell someday forever doesn't bother me one bit...

Seriously, I think this is one of the many really silly conspiracy theories out there. There is NO reason she would have done this and it makes no sense because she deleted those and the murder photos and when she did, she never in a million years thought they were retrievable, so what would be the point?
No, the sex definitely happened that day, but I do think there is a LOT more to the story about WHY Travis let her in and trusted her again after his May 26 email.

I wish one of the Alexanders would stand up and mention that day and tell how Travis was a person who wanted to see good in everyone. I want them to say that he at one time liked Jodi and tried to help her in many ways. I am hoping they say something along the lines of their brother was kind and forgiving, and Jodi HAD to have concocted something very persuasive to Travis to get him to let her in or speak to her that day. I think they should say it was not a promise of sex---that wasn't what Travis wanted at that point. He "was hurt" worse than "anyone had ever hurt" him. They know their brother; they must know that she said something very calculated to trick Travis into thinking she wanted to come clean, make amends, be forgiven, etc. for whatever the terrible "evil" and "scam" she had done to Travis.
Then they could say how she betrayed all of his kindness and care in the most heinous way---That her premeditation was not just about the killing itself, but extended to trapping and tricking him into letting her in and talking to her that day.
I really do hope they talk about the real Travis for this jury.

I'm a parent and I believe you'll always love your child, you'll think back on those memories of that sweet baby or toddler that you shared giggles and eskimo kisses with. you'll love that child. But when a life is taken is this way there will be a line drawn and I don't know that I would be able to cross it. The creature that did this isn't your child,it's something else and with the way its' treated you it would just as soon do it to you too... Then the stunt in that interview to grasp at her mom for support... I think I'd have to walk away. I'm torn... But her being in AZ and me and my family being in CA I think with the support I could put JA behind me for what she has done to TA's family, my family and me all those years...

Nope! Not 3 hours. I thought it was whenever the assistant wants him/her out of the office. In fact I seem to remember that the office LAW was he/she is not to come into the office the day of the trip. Your boss has to learn the rules.

the reason i brought up the wounds being in the center area of the back and 3 being in the spine area is from the post Nurse Nancy left on the blog about the spinal cord damage and the paralysis... All 3 of these were on a diagonal so I guess they could have gone there... I'm really interested in the detail of Dr. H's testimony

I'm here finally...been another unfrigginbelievable past 22 hrs so just now getting chance to catch up..well actually I stopped here so still not caught up. My EIGHT FOOT TALL privacy fence is up and the view from my patio is FABULOUS now...loving it.

Hubby and I cut down over 400 saplings last year, dragged bunches of 20 ft. long trees through the woods, stripped off all leaves and branches by hand and wove our own wattle fences around a couple of our gardens! (We are DIY and cheap, lol!)

When mines all said and done we're going to take 2x4s and cut them up into different size frames (like pictures) and stain them with colorful outdoor wood stains and hang them with a couple small nails on the fence (won't leave marks) and you can put small pots with flowers on them to brighten up your new wall... saw it on HGTV... thought it was pretty cool since my backyard is done in bright colors.... lol

I hope the jury recommends death penalty...but unfortunately it will only be Symbolic....when is the last time they've executed anyone in Arizona? 80 years ago??

The one thing I would like to have heard was the TIME STAMP for when the pictures were deleted by JA. That would have shown the time frame of when she was still in the house and would have shown Travis was dead by then so could not have reviewed the pictures with JA.

The lies just come too easily for her. Why bother with the truth when there are SO many unused lies just hanging about???

See Bo that's the great part.... it's not killing her that i want it's the process of getting there.... I want her all by herself with nothing... for years and years knowing that one day it's all going to end... but the years of being by herself, yeah that's what i'm talking about, someone like her can't deal with isolation...
