Bit premature on the reporting, IMO:

"...Female inmates on Death Row are housed in single cells that are equipped with a toilet, sink, bed and a mattress, according to the Arizona Department of Corrections.

Death Row inmates are not allowed to have contact with other inmates. The only out-of-cell time they are allowed is limited to outdoor exercise in a secured area, two hours a day, three times a week, and a shower, three times a week. Inmates are also allowed two ten minute phone calls per week.

All meals are delivered by a correction officer at the inmate’s cell front. Inmates are allowed to have hygiene items, two appliances, two books and writing materials, which can be purchased from the inmate commissary..."

And the actual countdown BUT this would be AFTER all appeals are exhausted:

" ... At least 20 days prior to the execution, a director informs the inmate and other parties of the time of execution. At that time, the inmate will be informed that their body cannot be used for organ donation...."

I am going to have to look at some of this stuff at home. I can't from work because they keep track of what sites we go to. Lord help me if they ever saw some of the sites or pictures I have at home!

you have to figure there have to be some savvy people/person on the jury that have to have the line of thinking that someone along the way in the judicial system thought this crime fit the DP or it still wouldn't be on the table...

As many of you have, I have served on juries. If one gets hung up on something they should not in this phase, I am sure that other jurors will pull them back to what they need to decide. That is what I experienced. JMO

Yeah. She took the stand in the killer's trial. Unbeknownst to her, the Prosecution always intended on charging her - they just let her take the stand and hang her damnself with her snarky words and inconsistent stories.

She's a real winner. Took out a $2mm life insurance on hubby 5 weeks before the murder.

Hi everyone, I have been reading everyone's remarks for a few months, but I had never written myself.
I believe the jurors are just taking their time so it seems like they actually looked at both options closely. But in the end they will come down today with a proven verdict. I am also convinced this she-devil psycho woman will get the Death Penalty, I just wish it were more painful, because a simple injection that knocks you out in no way compares to what Travis felt and feared that day. Again hi everyone I am new here! Lets hope they hurry up with the verdict!

not sure if I am ready to get too involved with another just yet..I really did not think I would get so invested in this one and was doing real good keeping an open mind til I started viewing some of the vids of Travis. The fact this womans husband was killed in front of that school is enough for me to know it would be another one I may not be able to remain neutral with. I like to try n figure em out as the trial goes..I know this B conned that old coot into doing what he did so prob wont follow it..lol..what did he get by the way? (the old coot)

He got a life sentence.

He was, prior to the day of the killing, lying in wait outside the house - one morning - only he fell asleep laying there - Rusty Sneiderman heard him snoring - the garage door opening scared the idiot off. Rusty called the cops and reported it - he even told the 911 operator the guy who ran off had a gun. Was wearing a wig.

And here's the clincher - Rusty always took the kids to preschool. The kids were in his car!!!! In the garage.

So the murder was to happen right there - in front of kids.

Hi Bmore! I'm going nuts! I woke up at 5 am to get all my work done by 1 , and watching Martinez was quite moving and he did a hell of a job. But I would think jurors should have made up their minds on all phases of the trial, when they deliberated Murder 1...at least that is what I would have done, and cruelty again was established so long ago. I even think he pleaded for her to stop, and she was probably taunting him and saying this one is for calling me this and this one is for not taking me to Cancun and so on... she just looks nuts, lost, like totally evil, there is nothing there just a cold blooded killer
