PHOENIX (AP/CBS5) - Attorneys for Jodi Arias have filed a motion asking that prosecutors hand over reports relating to the investigation of a computer belonging to Travis Alexander.

In a motion filed Dec. 31, attorneys requested that the reports of three Mesa Police detectives regarding their analysis of the computer's hard drive be handed over.

Attorneys allege the state is violating evidence laws by not releasing the reports.

I just knew that when I went on here today there would be another spurious motion filed by the defense!!! I KNEW that there was no way, even after such long delays, that we would all get a break and discover this trial proceeding as it should!!!

OMG, those jurors come back after more than a week off and a trial that was SUPPOSED to be over and they get SENT HOME!
I am sorry to say this, but I have a very strong feeling this whole thing is not going to end well for pros. and Alexander family...

The Jodi Arias sentencing retrial is stuck like a plane on the tarmac in winter weather.

Monday's court proceedings, like much of the trial, were carried on out of earshot of the press and public.

And the continued delay centered partially on that. Arias' defense attorneys have petitioned the Arizona Supreme Court to turn back an order by the Arizona Court of Appeals to release transcripts of testimony Arias gave in a closed courtroom.

Even the discussion of the appeal is secret.

I just knew that when I went on here today there would be another spurious motion filed by the defense!!! I KNEW that there was no way, even after such long delays, that we would all get a break and discover this trial proceeding as it should!!!

Nurmi did promise that this would go on forever… they have some stones to be carrying on with all this crap… not in the interest of Justice.. but hopefully they will exceed all expectations and ruin any opening for an appeal later!

I'm with you, Moosies. This is beyond all reason, and someone should step in and take over and get this on track once and for all...I think it's time for the prosecution to file some kind of complaints...
