I think its odd that you'd find that appropriate attire for court but hey if you're on our team I'll let you slide... lol

the court girl brought over a stack yesterday to the judge and she looked at them and rolled her eyes and said I have about 100 questions from the jury... so some were recent...

I would love for a M1DP ending and when everything is over the jury go over to the Alexander family and hug them... then give b!tchface to the Arias family...

I was talking to my daughter about this last night. Yeah, he did the freaky with Jodi - countless times. He probably DID jack off before meeting her - he might have even had some oral prior to her. It was few and far between. Because, like you said, he was SURROUNDED by Mormons.

A 30 year old guy who types in "bullcrap" into a text message, even when very angry with Jodi, is not a guy who screams the F word at her - or even makes fun of her in a malicious way.

Jodi is full of schitt! And its over now. It really is. Nobody on that jury is falling for anything any longer.

I find Jodi's stalking clearly demonstrated and out of control when she speaks of Mimi Hall rock climbing with Travis. She knows exactly how many dates they have been on. And she conveniently falls asleep in the bean bag chair, upstairs, at his home so she will be there when they arrive.

Brrr.... I am surprised JA only killed Travis at this point in her life. Her obvious obsession is stronger and stronger.
Her "need" or desire to hurt and punish them as she believes they stupidly have hurt her is her main motivation at this point. Yes. I DO believe she threatened Travis by telling him SHE was going to destroy him IF he ever left her. She had staked her claim upon him and worked hard to get "that boy"... he was NOT going to make her efforts futile.

The way the jury questions are being handled is really bothering me. Wouldn't the purpose of the questions be to solicit honest, unprepared responses, sort of in lieu of a re-direct. Having the defense vet the questions and pick and chose which ones suit their agenda kind of negates the jury question process in my opinion. I think the judge should have read the questions, discard duplicates, or inappropiate ones and just ask the darn questions, without giving the skank time to think about what she is going to drone on about.

With a hundred questions or even 25 coming at her rapid fire from the judge, her atty, the opposing atty and answerable to the jury? Oh. IMO, her brain is going to discover what scrambled REALLY means! That swivel chair just might unscrew itself from the floor! Objections will be flying as well. The questions will be fly paper for her lies...

Also, I think that several reporters will probably be tweeting the questions.

Well, as of about 3 weeks before his death---or when the sex tape was made---I cannot now remember the exact date, it is apparent that she had NOT verbally threatened him; if she had I don't believe for one second that he would have been having phone sex with her, and certainly would not have made plans to stop in and see her on his trip (the Shakespeare plans, etc.). Even Travis would not have had any more to do with Jodi if she had actually physically threatened him by telling him that she would do something to him if he left her. They were already supposedly broken up. Travis had already informed her that he would never marry her, and that he was taking a friend to Cancun, not her. I think she was seething with rage for a long time and keeping it to herself while finally getting to the point of planning to murder him.
I said in other posts here that I thought her jealous behavior was completely out of control. It was downright creepy as well. I agree that she was keeping tabs on the dates Travis had, with whom, and how many....Ugh! Makes my skin crawl! NO WAY do I believe the falling asleep in his house the night he got home after his date with Mimi was an accident! She planned that, and then spent the night with him, I believe. I think that was shown. (Mimi was not with Travis when he got home.)
This was just one of so many instances of out of control jealousy. Travis knew about the above incident, and he also knew about the email to Lisa, the tire slashing, and others! I just can't figure why he didn't cut off all ties with her, sex or not!!! She was dangerous! Others could see it, but he didn't!

This is really a strange way to do this regarding the questions.

If any of you watched the Tammi Smith trial (interference: baby Gabriel Johnson) which was in Phoenix, AZ, the judge asked the jury if they had any questions for the witness at the end of the witness' testimony.

If no questions, the judge released the witness if not subject to recall.

Been thinking about Jodi. No duh! And I have to wonder about the relationship she had with her parents. IMO, it appears her mother treated her almost like an equal what with having Jodi work in the restaurant beginning at a young age. Daddy, perhaps on a guilt trip or wanting to thank dau for her help, give an immature teen her first car.

Who was raising this person anyway?
Who was preparing her for the rest of her life?
Did anyone ever explain to her the concept of responsibilities with the rewards?

I think of sitting down with my dau and telling her she will NOT date until she was 16 and then it would be group... AFTER we had met the members of said group!
I think of telling her the story of the milk and the cow" Why buy it if you are getting it for free? (I remember her being indignant and thinking I had called her a cow! lol)
Who did this with Jodi?
I recall my dau's first blush when she was kissed good-night at the door and her hugging me, thanking me for having her wait until she could appreciate that kiss.

Do parents do this with their children any more?
Do they work with them or just turn them loose?

I recall telling her Disneyland is a nice place to visit but it would be boring if we went there every day...So, too, Travis with JA and getting the freak on. It had to have gotten old for him. Anyone ever tell JA the proper ways to appeal to a man??? And you got to get off the ride some day?

I have to disagree with all of ya who think Jodi was or is a jealous woman. Jealousy is a self esteem issue..jealous women get upset and/ or angry with other women OR their man because they feel the other women are superior to them in some manner. I do not believe for one minute that Jodi Arias feels ANYONE is above her own wonderful self.

Juan will get another chance to ask Jodi questions AFTER the jury questions and AFTER Nurmi...again. They can ONLY ask about stuff contained in the juror questions...
This trial probably will continue "several more weeks". Juan will be putting on a rebuttal case AFTER def. witnesses are done.
I doubt trial will be over until AT LEAST the end of March, and maybe not even then.

JA keeps mentioning all the males who cheated on her; her sister, Angela, mentions her husband cheating on her.
I got to thinking. The father had an older dau by either a first marriage or outside of marriage. What impact did this have on the sisters, Jodi and Angela? Did it make them suspect men of being cheaters even if they had not been?

Jodi did a lot of "checking up" on the different males in her life. Was it because she had heard her mother worry or complain of the father's infidelity?

Any guesses?
