Lisa Irwin -- Missing 10/4/11

Her mother knows what happened to her, and it wasn't by a stranger. Her parents will not be speaking with LE, confronted with evidence pointed to them.
Mum's the word for them. Guilty is what their actions portray. They believe that they can't be charged with anything if they refuse to answer any questions. So they sit there, like mummmies - two dummies who deserve to lose the two remaining children.

Cali and Kellikat ... I agree. These parents are now frustrating me. I haven't seen enough to even decide if they are innocent or guilty but i've certainly seen enough lack of cooperation to say with certainty that they are acting as if they are guilty.

I might be wrong and if so will be more than happy to be corrected ... but I don't recall any/many parents being charged because their child went missing even though there was no evidence to back up the charge.

That these parents need to avoid LE and use a defense attorney as a "roadblock" says only one thing...they know what happened to baby Lisa and where baby Lisa is. They won't reveal these things because their "secrets" will prove incriminating. I believe that whether in the ground or in the water, this little baby is no longer whole, no longer recognizable.
The parents allowed the elements of nature to attack that little body to save their own skins. Shame on them.

This is my own opinion.

Baby Lisa's Parents Call Cops on Tina Porter, Take Off with Bill Stanton

Police didn't release any new information in the Lisa Irwin case on Saturday. However, Friday proved eventful. Friday began with local attorney, Cyndy Short, being taken off the case. It ended with the parents of baby Lisa calling the cops on Tina Porter and the family's consultant , Bill Stanton whisking the family away to an unknown location.

As the investigation stretched into its 25th day, Tina Porter reached out to Lisa's parents, Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin, to offer her help. She wasn't welcomed.

"I said, 'I'm Tina Porter, I want to speak to Jeremy and Deborah," Porter said. The response she got: "Well, you can go through their attorney."

Porter's kids, Sam and Lindsey, were missing for three years. She searched high and low and talked to anyone who would listen. Tina's ex-husband eventually led police to their bodies.

ITA! I went from crying in prayer for Deborah and Jeremy to despising them in short order. I fear the worst, now, for what has happened to Lisa. Another damn Anthony circus!

Hopefully Issues will cover more on Baby Lisa, however, with Kim Kardashian filing for divorce after 72 days of marriage and not letting her new husband know, not sure how much time will be spent on Baby Lisa.

The new news is Megan Wright, pink haired lady is the ex-girlfriend of Jersey, the handyman that the police have had in custody on other related issues not related to Baby Lisa.

Megan broke up with Jersey a FEW weeks before October 4, 2011.

The phone call that Megan received came in around 8:00 to 8:30 PM that Monday evening.

The police told Megan that Debra, Baby Lisa's mother, had Megan's phone number written on her hand the morning they spoke with Debra regarding the disappearance of Baby Lisa.

Wrong lawyer is representing baby Lisa Irwin's parents

At a news conference outside of her Kansas City law office, Short said she and New York lawyer Joe Tacopina “were not able to work as a team.”

“Our goals and our approach were so different that one of us had to go, and it was me,” Short said. “I think Mr. Tacopina thought I would be less aggressive, maybe, less involved.”

It sounds as though Tacopina wanted a local co-counsel who would basically be on call if needed, certainly not a highly competent lawyer who actually wanted to get the case resolved. If so, Short was definitely the wrong co-counsel for “Hollywood Joe.” She works her cases hard. In the 10 days she was involved in the Irwin case, she organized a team of 17 volunteers to participate in community efforts to find Lisa and to support the family.

Lots of people getting their names and faces in the media, but that doesn't include baby Lisa's parents.
The parents of baby Lisa do not wish to speak with LE. They do not wish to answer (truthfully) any hard questions about baby Lisa.

Hey parents: It is not difficult to say your baby's name. Try it. Her name is Lisa. Don't refer to Lisa as "her". Don't minimize who your baby is - Lisa. Say it - "Lisa".

Where is poor baby Lisa? Lisa was a beautiful baby, who deserved more.......

It is bone-chilling to see those media pics of Deborah standing next to Jeffrey. She has her head down, leaning a bit into him. To me, I find that the picture has a startling resemblance to one of the first shots of T. H.

The importance of the dumpster fire and the route from the house to the dumpster to the gas station. The dumpster was taken in by LE.~

Has anyone here ever followed a case before that was investiged by KCPD?

I'm just wondering if they will do a press release about the evidence and leads they have.

The story keeps a-changing, and adding bits and people into the mix.

The only thing that hasn't changed is baby Lisa has still not been recovered.

Someone or some two knows and is avoiding LE, which screams guilty.

This is my honest opinion

It concerns me that this case seems to be going cold like so many others have. Will we ever know what happened to baby Lisa?

Parents' Lawyer Believes They Are Hiding Something

Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin's new top lawyer from New York believes that they are hiding something in regards to Lisa's disappearance.

The Lisa Irwin investigation is taking twist and turns everyday and now a top lawyer working with the family is speaking out about her suspicions with the family. It turns out that the lawyer believes that the parents are hiding something and that investigators may have been right in turning their attention to the parents.

When the lawyers start to suspect their own clients, you know something is rotten.

Just got done watching a piece on HLN by Vinnie Politan concerning baby Lisa. The prosecutors office has said the case will "probably not be solved for years, there is no case".

The cast of characters in this case is ever expanding, and most of them are of dubious character. It's unbelievable to me that the police cannot get any of these people to talk and find out what happened to this baby! It's frustrating and infuriating!

Why isn't Bradley being charged with child neglect? I believe she lied out of fear of being charged with something.

So....when will a certain felon come up with a Fiend Finder company where she helps parents who reported their children as "missing". She can collect a referral fee from the defense attorneys she gets to take these cases.

That whole phone thing bugs me. Too many coincidences to not mean something.

Mystery phone call solved!~

I'm sorry, Sherry....but solved???? I am now more confused than ever! The only thing I got out of that whole thing, was that there is possibly a drug connection. We still don't know who made the phone call or why. But it was made before Deborah passed out, so it could even be her who made the call. I just hope Mr. Abeyta has something....he seems pretty sure.

And also, the more I watch that tape of Deborah in "tears", the faker I think she acts. just sayin'.....

Wonder if LE could hire an expert who is a master electrician, and have him retrace Jeremy's steps the night the moonlighting job he was doing took more than five additional hours to accomplish.

Is it just me who is confused or is this case getting more and more weird with each passing day?

Does anyone else have an opinion of what they believe happened? I'm still battling to make my mind up.

In one way I think the parents and esp Deborah is responsible ... but that is because I believe that the deception noted in the LDT and also the cadaver dog positive hit indicates that something is amiss.

In another way I also think that Jersey may be connected. It just doesn't make sense though that he would wear gloves to enter the house and would be careful not to leave foot marks on the walls while climbing through the window ... but would then walk down the road carrying Lisa in full view so that anyone driving past could see him.

My theories as to what happened have changed as often as the circumstances of this case. However, like you i believe Deborah is #1 prime suspect. A friend of hers says she can turn on the drama and tears at will, and her "anguish" looks fake to me.

She also told reporters she is "grieving". Who says that unless they know their child is dead?

And then there is her refusal to cooperate with police, a ginormous red flag for me.

If i had to guess, I would say she is responsible for Lisa's death, but it was an accident because of her physical state (i.e. drunk). She panicked and had people help her cover up the death. One or more people know what happened to that precious, adorable baby....and they are remaining silent. It's totally ridiculous and frustrating to me and everyone else, I'm sure.
