If TA were a so nasty man, I wonder why Dteam does not call on the stand a troop of battered women remembering how he made them suffer. Where are they ?

If I were a juror, I would ask "Mrs Laviolette, except you and Mrs Arias, who in the world thinks that Travis Alexander was abusing women ?"

TA's friends all said he was non-confrontational and he would try and defuse tense situations... Maybe him telling her she's great and he'll miss her was a way to keep things pleasant and not get her mad again...

i thought the text about a lie like no other, you screwed up your lies to bad, tell the Hughes, etc... was about her sending the email accidently to TA when it was meant to go to someone else... the 40 yo virgin reference... She said it was because a girl came to her job and said he was serious with Lisa and she wouldn't tell him who it was... Did this really just happen?

makes absolutely no sense to claim these text being over some random chic tellin Jodi about Travis being in a relationship with Lisa and her at same time. BOTH Jodi and Lisa had ended their relationships with him by this time

lisa was after JA... there was no overlap... He was NOT in a relationship with JA...

yes it did and NEITHER tale makes sense..we now have TWO different versions of what this was all about that has been testified to in court

I don't see how they can legally say her finger was broken when it was never medically diagnosed... They should be able to say hurt but broken is to specific with nothing but a liars word to back it up...

How can they ask for a fair trial when they are so unfair with the victim ?? Everybody knows that you can make anybody telling what you want, just picking pieces of sentences here and there.

it IS weird because why isn't it anywhere to be found? There is a time gap between the pics too so the only thing I can figure is it is a full body shot of him and they chose not to include it out of respect for him. Kinda makes no sense tho considering the nudie shots of him on the bed..just odd

The reason that there is no tirade or rant from JA to TA is because she was gaslighting him. Making him crazy. Pretending to be sweet and innocent to his face and doing evil crazy things behind his back. No wonder he was mad.

It's identical in France. Defense rights are of course essential but they should be used to be sure law is respected, to explain precisely how things happened and not to build fake stories. The victim is in the cemetery, not in the court.

Where are all these woman?? Why are none of them here testifying? Why can't the Dteam find a single person who says he was abusive to women??

i have so many blocks, i can't find the text messages about him telling on her to the Hughes

once again I am sitting here asking myself what does any of this matter? I get they are trying to spare her life here but as someone said before shouldn't this kind of testimony come later? The fact no one but one old ex boyfriend and a couple of paid professional windbags have taken the stand to defend this woman in no other manner except to bash the victim is just downright pathetic..the entire defense has been the lamest mess I have ever witnessed.

I said earlier that this and Dr. S should be after the guilt phase because this has nothing to do with the overkill in the murder...

my understanding is that nothing can be introduced during the penalty phase that was not introduced in this part of the trial.. there are 3 phases in Arizona DP cases..

well gosh do ya even think they got anybody booked for the after verdict phase? I think Olivier was right about why they wanted to keep mum their financial biz..Lord knows how many they went through before these,I guess 3 witnesses now,agreed to take her case.

wonder if like on the people's court if there could be signed Afa Davits from the Mambo #5 list of these women that had relations of some sort with TA... or every woman he's ever dated and they say 1 - we never did anything more then kiss... 2 - he was never mean or abusive to me... that would put this abusive male slut idea to rest...

and nowhere in there does he mention Lisa..I still think him and Lisa was already broken up by this time but if not and he is wanting proof Jodi got the info from some chic at a resteraunt it is because he probably already knew she was hacking into his personal accounts

I haven't watched for 2 weeks, but the only question I would ask the good Dr. How can you make any kind of diagnosis of abuse without talking to the other party and only reading and talking to the phsyco accused of the crime, who is a known liar.
