Jodi Arias--Trial for the murder of Travis Alexander #10

looking at the MySpace accounts for Jodi and Travis it is interesting that he allegedly comments on her page... but no mention of her on his...

also
where the hell are all the people from her page that have wished her a Happy BD.... why aren't they here as character witness'

Jodi sent Travis an email addressed to a FICTITIOUS 'Steve Carroll', in which she pretends he is after her, and she is telling him she would never lead him (pretend Steve), on because she only has eyes for Travis---You get the picture.

Travis gets the email and sees it's sent to him but addressed to some guy named Steve Carroll. He's not jealous, he's wondering what the heck this is all about, because in the email Jodi is acting like she is in a serious relationship with Travis, and he was not happy about that. (They were not 'together' at this point). He called Jodi.

Jodi then---all wide-eyed and innocent---tells Travis, "Oooh, I meant to send that to Steve, and accidently spaced out and sent it to you".

Travis didn't buy it. Something tipped him off. He must have known by then what she was capable of.

Somehow Travis then finds out that 'Steve Carroll' IS NOT REAL! HE'S SOMEONE JODI MADE UP TO MAKE HIM JEALOUS. (BTW--This dumba--s gets the name from the movie The 40 yr. old virgin.)

S---t hits the fan, and that's when Travis writes the email I posted above. I think that was the last straw in a big hay pile of Jodi's lies, and it was such a creepy trick to begin with, and sure not something a 30 year old woman would do. That was the moment I think Travis was really finished with Jodi. He was so disgusted, he threatened NOT TO HURT HER, BUT TO TELL HER FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND HIS FRIENDS ABOUT ALL HER LYING AND MANIPULATION.

I wonder if they compared IP addresses and cell tower positioning on this batting back and forth between him and her on these e'mails and texts? Hell....i wouldn't put it past her to clone phones or use a separate computer to send herself e-mails...LOL

Juan just recently added a computer forensics expert to his rebuttal list so I'm kinda gonna sorta think we will be hearing about some shenanigans!

it would be interesting to see how they co-inside with when she was at his place... just saying.. the journal entry about cutting things off was a year before...

why did the DV witness say that JA was in a relationship with TA for 9 months... booty call does not constitute a relationship!!

This is what infuriates me about our courts.....There is absolutely NO PROOF of abuse and it gets to come in to this court room.

I wonder what side of the gallery #5 is sitting on? Not that i think they get to choose...except for the family.

Was wondering the same thing...does anyone know where I can find the best info on the e-mails (supposedly from TA) that JA submitted as "evidence" (forged!!!) when she was representing herself? Have only found vague references about it...

Reports from HLN saying Juror 5 is in the courtroom. I do not think that is a good idea. Too many implications that can be exploited. I wish she had stayed home.

P.S. I'm assuming this is accurate reporting by HLN, and hope I don't become an a$$ for repeating bad info!

Unless she has been prohibited from attending the trial, I would imagine she will have on her best stoic face. She has invested 3 1/2 months of her life in this BS. All the other jurors are aware that she was one of them and she is no longer so that's not a surprise. It will just give wormy nurmi something to ponder to ask for yet another mistrial. If the judge doesn't have a problem with it, then neither should the defense. After all, she can't deliberate and if she so much as sneezes, she will be escorted out I would bet.

IF she actually was sending signals to Jodi, you can bet people like Katie Wick, Beth Karas, etc., will be watching her. Personally I think she is acting a little tacky. I think it is inappropriate for her to be there. Too much pot stirring already.

Much more pertinent than Samuel or Laviolette biased stuff. I would like this kind of expert to drop down those sort of bs and give a true and impartial point of view. That would be great.

Well, just turned on the TV to see if I could get a glimpse of number 5 and the judge was just saying that she was there, and for the jury to have no contact with her, and camera was on her the whole time.
Ugh, I just think this woman has no commons sense or sense of propriety! I am glad she is off this jury. I think she would have been trouble in some way, if this hadn't happened.
Oh, and gee, she just finishes issuing a statement this morning asking everyone to leave her alone and respect her privacy and then she does this!

I been outside raking my lawn..came back in just in time to hear judge informing jury five is in the gallery and bout dropped my water bottle. I guess after all the time invested she may just want to see it through til the end but jeeez turn on the tv like the rest of us..after this I'm betting she will be on HLN fairly shortly.

I've been dyin' to know about this one, since the grandparents' gun/burglary was on 5/28...isn't this exchange the one TA's friend (can't remember his name) has said Travis let JA 'have it'/he wanted nothing more to do with her?

Agree! Had stopped watching Alyce, but tuned in again today hoping for my man Juan to be unleashed...listening to her crapola has brought me back to wanting to poke my own eyes out...

well you aint missed anything but her repeating Jodi's tales along with her interpretation (with help from Jodi's explanations) of text,instant messages and emails between the two.

Well Maybe this case will go till June 4 ...that being the day she is Convicted of 1st degree. Sweet Justice...(5 YEARS LATER)

You're right lady...why don't YOU date this woman and see how much HAIR you have left.....and see if you'll go on and on in a rage with her....You spent a sum total of what? 40 hours total listening to HER side...did you interview HIS family HIS friends ....OBVIOUSLY she's ONE-Sided ...not impartial...which in my book is BIAS...which deems her NO BETTER than Jodi...minus the murder of course.

This is not the JA trial it is a complete trial of Travis. This mud slinging is terrible. Yes he said strong things to her, yes he probably swore at her, he wanted OUT. The biggest problem IMO was he had a big heart. He put up with her "stuff" until he could not take it anymore.
